Awful experience with company I ordered three different heads for family members for Christmas, they state on website that it takes 3 weeks to come but 7 weeks later they arrived which was 3 weeks after Christmas and normally this wouldn’t be an issue as things like this happen but when they finally arrived 2 of the heads are not even the same breed of dog that I have the other 1 was relatively similar sort of but the other 2 may as well be someone else’s dogs. Even more than this I messaged the company to rectify this and I had a message to say they got my message but nothing since. This was 4 days ago now. Do not make the same mistake I did as these heads are very expensive and should state on website that the heads are actually generic so all look the same. So gutted as bought these as Xmas presents and literally might as well have thrown my money in the bin. AVOID AVOID AVOID, SCAM WEBISTE

I ordered two pet figurines from PetPalsDIY for two different dog breeds. What I received were identical figurines made from the same generic mold, just painted differently. One also arrived damaged. At first, they offered a free replacement, but then backtracked and demanded an extra €30. When I refused, they tried to wear me down with partial refund offers — 30%, then 50%, then 80% — clearly hoping I’d settle. I pushed for a full refund, which they agreed to only if I paid the return shipping. I asked for a prepaid return label, which they refused. After a long and frustrating 16-day back-and-forth, they finally refunded me (so they have said, waiting for it to go back to my account) — but only because I stood my ground and had to educate them on basic consumer rights. The entire experience was exhausting, misleading, and unprofessional. Do not trust their product listings, refund promises, or customer service. Avoid this company. I have report PetPalsDIY to the BBB, anyone else that has a similar negative experience as me, should do the same.

Do not waste your money. These are not hand crafted at all. Looks nothing like the picture of my staff I sent them. Tou can pick these up in local shops for a fraction of the price. They just paint the colouring of your dog on a generic breed of dogs head, do absolutely nothing to bring out your dogs features, look elsewhere if this is what your after and do your homework. And if you find somewhere good please let me know.

DO NOT TRUST THE CLAIMS THEY MAKE! Magnets received were basically the same as fridge magnets bought at the seaside for a fiver at most. They did not say that they could not do a short coated collie only long coated and sent the magnet anyway. Not only was it nothing like the dog(which had passed away) but they insisted that I should be happy with it being a different coat type, markings and basically go away! They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee but you really have to work hard to get it. Finally many emails later they agreed to refund but I had to throw a lot of “I know my rights and they are etc.” before they gave in. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ALSO THEY CLEARLY REMOVE ANY BAD REVIEWS FROM THEIR SITE SO BEWARE

Do not use this service - pay attention to the negative reviews! In ordering 2 separate magnets, with 2 uniquely different photographs, of which were confirmed as being a good choice and suitable, I received 2 exact replicas of the same magnet and although not terrible, they are generic moulds and in no way unique like advertised! I asked them to send me the original photos used just to be certain I hadn’t duplicated. Initially, this wasn’t a problem as the responding emails seemed pleasant enough in apologising for the mistake - they even went as far as admitting it was an error on their part, and their own fault. What proceeded was firstly, an accusation and an outright lie that the 2 photos I had sent in looked so similar (even though one dog had mouth open and the other closed) whilst having the nerve to then ask me to pay for additional shipping fees to cover delivery for the newer, replacement magnet as they had ‘spent considerable time and energy’ creating these moulds. Upon denying this request, I bluntly requested a full refund - the response was because I was happy with one of the items, they would only refund half (I see the logic but seriously….) and they would only be refunding any after I submitted a video along with photo evidence I have destroyed the item in question. I queried this several times, even refusing to do so before any refund had been received as having read other reviews stating similar and that no refund ever did arrive, but “company policy” apparently outweighs customer service and general decency,. More than happy to share the email chain screenshots should they try and deny or come up with excuses in this review! Also happy to delete this review should a full refund be offered, as is all I expect, without the nonsense of having to destroy. Trust me, I have zero use for 2 of the exact same magnet! I’ll then take my money and use another company!

Update: clearly the promises of this fake company mean nothing since they don’t stand behind their word of “100% satisfaction guaranteed” or “no hassle returns.” I approached this company with confidence they would commit to their word only to be told it’s “not possible to capture the uniqueness” which is not what they advertise. We have no less than 30 emails going back and forth about my dissatisfaction which feels like a hassle to get my money back. I knew when I destroyed the product they never intended to refund my money then they have the audacity to threaten me with legal action which by definition is extortion. Their response to this review and the fact they delete bad reviews/comments on their social media platforms (check for yourself, there are none!) then block people, should speak for itself. Much like the other complaints, I received a figurine that was the spitting image of one of their social media so called “customers”. When I brought this up to say it looked nothing like my dog, they were only willing to give me 30% refund so they can pay their “artists” Long story short, they told me that I had to smash my figurine and send proof before they would refund me my full amount. I sent a picture and they told me it was fake and they would take legal action. 🤣 👌🏼 Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They mislead and false advertise. These are some shady people doing shady things to get your money for mass produced trash. Purchase at your own risk.

I bought 3 figure heads for my dogs as presents as online the work looks great, first of all they promised a timeframe of within 5 weeks of payment, the figures were delivered around 7 weeks after payment (this is after a guaranteed latest delivery date being 2 weeks prior). two of the three figures were ok, not great but acceptable, the third looked nothing like the dog whatsoever so I emailed the customer service team and they said they would send me a new figure free of charge. This was in January.. fast forward to mid march, I had nothing back until I chased again where they have the cheek to ask me to pay for shipping again (£10), I refused and then another 2 weeks have passed and I've heard nothing still. The delivery was guaranteed before Christmas, it was late (they were christmas presents), one of the figures were completely off, they said they would send me a free one - it's been over 3 months and nothing back again. I'll never buy from this company again and urge anyone who see's this to stay away, the prices are not cheap and what you get for them you would be much better off going somewhere else.

Awful. Looks nothing like my pet. It arrived 3 months late from China. Avoid. Totally rubbish basically.
