I recently contacted petlink to update contact information. I was able to quickly change my phone number and address. I wasn't able to change ownership of my dog from my deceased wife to myself. After contacting petlink, they were very compassionate and understanding. They sent me a transfer form, and waived their usual fee because of the circumstances. Very nice people, especially Mary.
