I got new collars for my pups which I love. Has their chip numbers which is great. Have gotten them before and they held up very well considering they love to wrestle and take each other's collar in their mouth. They pull, twist, bite and they lasted longer than I thought they would!

The gps doesn’t work very consistently. It told me my dog was in Arizona literally drew a line from my house to the next state over, we’re in Nevada. It was on LIVE and multiple times it told me the dog was miles and miles away, even though he’s just outside. I’m hoping it improves, but I’m starting to wonder about this purchase and subscription.

I love the GPS because it gives me peace of mind when I'm out with my Yorkie but the battery life is very short and I keep getting messages that the Petlink battery needs recharging. The downside of this is what if I am nowhere near an outlet to be able to recharge? The I would be without my GPS the rest of the time until I can get to recharge the darn thing.

Easy to use App! 1st time on ordering , Dog Tag Loved how it automatically put on the microchip number . Wished it added Phone number also

Hadn't had any communication with your company in several years but I put my dogs chip number in and all his info came up. It just reassured me that everything is still good. Thank you!
