The rfid pet feeder works as described. It has 12 serving size choices and some fun personalization options on the led screen. You can choose the volume of the mealtime callout. The door function emits a low hum. The rfid tag is very small and easy to attach to my cat's existing collar. The app is very intuitive and there are no ads! I am able to monitor the unit and my cat's meals, and feed my cat remotely.

We are very pleased with our polar feeder. It's very easy to use and it keeps the wet food fresh. I was looking in the market for something like this, but there is nothing quite like it! I would love in the future for a polar feeder with a camera, or something to let you know the amount of food eaten or remaining. But what I have so far is amazing.

Very happy with our automatic pet feeder. The app works seamlessly and we often have updates to the software which shows they are constantly improving it. The cats love it and we've not had a single issue which after reading some reviews is a relief!

It's the most convenient water fountain I've had (having had several types for almost 15 cats over 25 years). It's super easy to clean, easy to see when the water level is low, and very quiet. I haven't cleaned it in the dishwasher because it's plastic (I'm not thrilled for that), but it doesn't seem to need that type of scrubbing. Our current kitties (ages 8 and 19 years) took to it quickly. Accessories are kind of steep in price but at least our cats are well-hydrated.

I just love this product. It’s solid, well-made and arrived quickly (3 business days). It was relatively straight-forward to set up, and the app is pretty intuitive. Having gps and Wi-Fi catfaps, this completes my cat tech collection! In a multi cat household things get crazy at feeding time. This is one bit of those meals now managed, and it’s easy to adjust how much they’re getting on the fly - whether you’re there or away. Fantastic product. I got the camera model (two of them), which I kind of feel is needed to check whether the amounts being delivered are right. And of course it’s fun to see snapshots of your pets snacking. :)

Nice product but the cord is not long enough and I'm not sure if I can use an extension cord. My kitchen does not have receptacles close to the floor.

Great selection of products. Very good quality. Fast delivery! Great prices! Highly recommend them.

Works very well! We have 4 cats and it feeds them over a week before needing to be filled. They were a bit afraid of it but after a few days we comfortable with it and eating well. We have a place in the mountains we like to stay for several days and maybe even a week at a time and prior to this feeder we would have to run home every 2 days.
