I use almost all of their products. I must say, in terms of product quality, safety, and the app, they are quite successful. Their products don’t break easily and can be used for many years. The cartridges are designed in a very primitive way, which makes them affordable and easy to find anywhere. The only point I could criticize is that sometimes you may experience software related issues. For example, the product may notify you that your cat has drunk water even when it hasn’t. Or, although most of the problems have now been resolved, the food dispenser may still fail to connect to the internet. Despite this, the reason I gave them five stars is because they truly stand behind their products and care deeply about customer satisfaction. For example, if you believe that a product does not deliver a promised feature, they provide a no questions asked refund. Or, if you experience an issue with a part, they immediately send you a replacement product to your address without any hassle. The fact that they do this without prioritizing profit made me very pleased. Perhaps there will be more advanced products in the future, but for me, working with a brand that values customer satisfaction this much is honestly more important.

Also die Lieferung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Die Verpackung was hochwertig und auch hübsch. So wie das Produkt. Die schnell Anleitung war einfach ind ersichtlich und Produkt konnte schnell in Betrieb genommen werden. Das Produkt an sich ist sehr schön. Die App ist einfach gestaltet.

Ich glaube, mein Hund mag seinen automatischen Futterautomaten sehr. Etwa eine halbe Minute vor der Futterausgabe gibt er ein leises Klickgeräusch von sich, und schon rast mein Hund herbei. Eigentlich wollte ich ihn ja nur nutzen, wenn ich nicht zu Hause bin – aber ich verwende ihn mittlerweile täglich. Er ist super zuverlässig. Es beruhigt mich total zu wissen, dass mein Hund auch bei längeren Abwesenheiten pünktlich gefüttert wird. Die einzige Enttäuschung: Die "Futter-nachfüllen"-Anzeige leuchtet leider viel zu früh auf, sodass ich ständig ans Auffüllen denken muss.

Zwar gab es beim ursprünglichen Nassfutterautomaten eine kleine Störung (die Schüssel rotierte ununterbrochen), doch der Kundenservice setzte neue Maßstäbe: Nach meiner kurzen Rückmeldung erfolgte nicht nur eine aufrichtige Entschuldigung, sondern auch eine sofortige Ersatzlieferung – komplett ohne Rückgabeprozess! Zwar benötigen direkte Anfragen per E-Mail etwa eine Woche Bearbeitungszeit, aber die zügige Problemlösung hat sich absolut gelohnt.

My dog is a messy eater, often pulling each morsel of food onto the floor before eating it. With water spills, it means I am often cleaning the floor around his bowls a few times a day. I have tried using a tray but it tends to slip around when he is eating so I was looking for a great non-slip mat I could put under his bowl and quickly clean. This product is brilliant, it's not only stylish but easy to clean and keeps us all happy.

Fontaine très pratique pour le suivi d'hydratation J'ai cette fontaine depuis 1 mois maintenant et c'est super pratique ! Mon chat avait quelques problèmes pour boire dans sa gamelle et maintenant avec cette fontaine, je peux suivre la quantité d'eau consommée au quotidien !
