Firstly, my cat really likes these products. The cat water fountain is really good for ensuring my cat has a steady stream of good quality water. I ran into an issue with my pet feeder after sometime and received very thorough customer support. This level of service was really appreciated. I highly recommend Petlibro for your beloved fur babies needs.

They were very thorough in their review, but once it was determined that there was an issue with the product, they were incredibly quick to make it right and replace the product for no charge. Very friendly folks to deal with as well.

I am an avid Petlibro owner and fan. I am a frequent traveler who relies on caretakers to look after my cats when I'm away. I purchased a Polar Wet food feeder to see if it would keep the food fresh. It works very well (and the app is quite good). Now, I use 9 Polar feeders (yeah, it was expensive) exclusively to present fresh food every 2-3 hours throughout the day. That offers the freedom for me to prepare 3 days of meals at once. More important, with my purchase of extra bowls, I can prepare meals in advance, for my caretakers while I'm traveling (I use my vacuum food sealer to keep the bowls/food fresh until they swap the old bowls, which eliminates the need for the caretakers to do anything except open the bags and swap the bowls). My cats are used to the feeders and the 3-days between re-supplying the feeders takes the pressure off me and the caretakers, knowing that there's always fresh food available. I use small portions in each bowl, so that less food is wasted (1 5.5oz can is divided into the 3 sections). The quality of the feeders and app are quite good. When one of my feeders had a malfunction, Petlibro's support quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the unit for me. Bravo! I also have a DockStream system for providing fresh water. It's a good design and I'm pleased with that purchase as well.

Die Kamera lässt sich flexibel in der Wohnung aufstellen oder auch fest installieren. Alle benötigten Teile werden mitgeliefert. Die App zur Steuererung funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich persönlich stelle die Kamera nur auf wenn ich sie auch benötige.

I ran into an issue with one of my Polar Wet Food feeders where the refrigeration suddenly stopped working. I was provided with some troubleshooting steps that, unfortunately, didn't resolve the issue. Support was very responsive and quick to remedy the situation by sending a replacement unit.

Petlibro has been excellent to work with. I’ve come to be greatly impressed with them as a company. The technicians I’ve worked with have been excellent all the way around. I’ve had some glitches from browser related issues, but that’s not necessarily their fault. As for the products, they are excellent and they’ve stepped in to correct any issues I’ve come across.
