They were very fast and efficient with correcting my issue with my cats feeder. We currently have 4 of these feeders and we love all of them. I can keep my kittens away from my adult cats food. So I was very upset when I noticed the lid not lifting on one of the feeders but within 48 hours I had a replacement on the way to my home with no charge! Absolutely recommend petlibro for automatic feeders.

My package showed delivered and I never found it so I emailed Alyzza at petlibro and she immediately got back in touch with me and they sent me a replacement immediately. The customer service is exceptional.

La fontaine est de bonne taille et le débit adapté. Avec celle d'avant ma jeune chate mettait ses pattes à l'intérieur pour ne pas se faire embêtée par le courant. Avec celle ci, le flux est parfait, la hauteur adaptée et l'objet en lui même est très facile d'entretien !

We rely on the Petlibro Polar feeder daily to provide low carb, wet food to our diabetic cat. After about 7 months, when I noticed there was no longer any condensation, and that it wasn’t very cold at all anymore, I submitted an issue through the application. After creating a video of my issue and providing a copy of my Amazon invoice, Petlibro Support (Roin) had a new feeder sent to me under warranty without any argument. It was nice to be able to submit the support request from the app and get a reply back within a couple of hours from a real person who was professional and polite.
