goolil is a great asset to the customer service team! great customer service, timely response, helped me with everything i needed help with including having to recreate an invoice for me because i changed my mind last minute. super patient and professional and provided all of the information i was hoping for. i’ve never had a bad experience purchasing from this company! it’s always been quick and easy. love the products as well

The steps I was given to troubleshoot my device were clear and concise. After it was safely determined that none of the individual parts were the issue with my particular device, PetLibro offered to send me a full replacement free of charge. I had a shipping email within 24 hours. Customer support was kind and helpful. I'm very satisfied with my experience with them thus far and look forward to continuing business with them in the future.

Customer support. When a company offers support and solutions you stick with them! Can’t say enough about Petlibro! Our cats love the water dish and they helped us when we got a bad batch of filters.

First of all, the product itself is pretty, silent, my cats are loving it, it is a bit more expensive than other brands i got before.. i regret i didn’t find it sooner! 😀 I believe (i know for sure!) Petlibro is the better choice! The service from Petlibro is very very nice! Friendly and quick reply! It’s PERFECT!

I brought this few months ago and had some issues with my Dockstream Battery as the battery did not last long and the low water light sometimes flashed even when the tank was full. The Petlibro support team, especially Lala, was incredibly helpful and patient. They quickly arranged a replacement and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate how smooth and friendly everything was. It is rare to see such thoughtful and attentive customer service these days. My dog Tofu and I are both very happy and grateful for the support from Petlibro! Highly recommend their products and service!

The filter tray from the water fountain came apart from the water tray while I was reassembling the filter. I noticed the glue to the seal became undone and it was impossible to put the tray back together. Reaching out to customer service was easy through the app and the time to reply was quick/reasonable. The person who emailed me back (Lala) was very polite and understanding and they were able to send a new water tray at no cost to me. Considering everything else was working, I’m very happy I didn’t have to buy a brand new fountain.

There was an issue with the unit I received, but customer support (Kelly and Roin) were prompt in giving me suggestions to try fixing it, then when those didn't work, quickly set me up with a new unit to resolve the issue.
