J'ai deux mangeoires RFID ainsi qu'une fontaine à eau RFID. Qualitativement ces trois appareils sont supérieurs à ce que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent. Les mangeoires ont une bonne contenance, environ deux semaines chaque pour des chats de grande taille. Le fond de gamelle en métal est très pratique car simple à nettoyer. Facile et précis à programmer, ce fut la clef du régime et du retour à un poid sain pour les chats. La fontaine est très silencieuse, a une bonne capacité, et l'indicateur led de niveau bas est très appréciée. Mention spéciale au support ; j'ai eu de petits soucis mineurs qui ont été résolus (très) rapidement et efficacement par le support, qui est facilement joignable, répond rapidement et avec précision.

In early 2024, I purchased 3 One RFID feeders. Soon after, I learned that they had switched to a smaller RFID tag size, and noted that one of the tags I received was of the larger variety. When I reached out to inquire about swapping it out for the smaller version, they were happy to help me, and my cats were even happier to have the smaller RFID tags on their collars! That was over a year and a half ago. Very recently, I learned that there was an updated bowl cover design that no longer includes a lip that could be manually lifted from the outside. I reached out to inquire about whether it would be possible for me to swap my older bowl covers for this newer style. Within 6 hours of my initial message, an order of 3 of the newer styles of bowl holders and covers was confirmed, free of charge. I’m truly grateful for the incredible customer service that I’ve received from Petlibro ever since my first purchase, and I appreciate that they make an effort to treat their older customers just as well as their newest ones. They design high-quality products, and their mission to provide high-quality solutions is evident in their track record of helping their customers in as many ways as they can. I love the device so when it stoped working naturally I was up set. I contacted the company via email and with in a week they sent out a new base plate. Sadly that wasn’t the issue. They then Sent out a new rfid tag the fallowing week. The new tag easily able to be connected to the old feeder and now it would as if it was brand new. The process for getting items fixed or replaced is easy and quick. The customer service is top notch and if I need another feeder I will 100% go with Petlibro again!!

Such a great product! I have the ‘Granary Smart Camera Feeder’ and it is a game changer. The app is super easy to navigate, and makes feeding times for my little cat Marli straightforward. I can even check to make sure he’s eating his food remote via the app! Would recommend to someone who is looking for a timed feeder, or to be able to feed their pet when remote!

Trina was great. I had to reach out do to an issue with our water fountain that was a free with purchase. Although they do not provide a warranty for free items they replaced the portion we had an issue with. Greatly appreciated.
