PetlibroReviews of petlibro.com

Communicating with Roin made dealing with getting the stainless steel bowl for my wet food feeder and easy task. He could have responded months ago and never reached out again. He made sure once the bowl was available to reach out so I was able to purchase. He always responded quickly and made it easy. I have two petlibro products and absolutely love them.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

I got promoted answer on my issue. I ordered wrong product, but the support team helped me to resolve the problem very quickly.

I have many products at this point from Pet Libro. But it was the first time I reached out to customer service. They were back logged with their emails as per their automated response back. It took about 3 days to respond back. I unknowingly placed a duplicate order and yet, they apologized to me because of the delay. They were accommodating, understanding and fixed all the issues I created. I am very happy with the service I received. I dealt with a different company same industry, that never responded to my emails when I had an issue. So I am relieved this company backs their products ( which I love) with good customer service.

I had an issue with my Petlibro Space Smart Feeder where the air pump stopped creating suction. Jeremy from support was incredibly responsive and thorough—he reviewed my video, quickly identified the problem, and arranged a free replacement within days. The new feeder works perfectly! I really appreciate the friendly and professional service—Jeremy made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s great to see a company stand behind its products and care about its customers. Highly recommend Petlibro and their support team!

I was having issues with my feeders not properly notifying me that the food was low like they should so I emailed customer service and they walked me through cleaning the sensors to ensure that was not the issue and when it was not, they promptly let me know when they could send me new feeders. The process was not difficult at all, and I have appreciated working with them!

I wanted to order additional bowls for my One RFID feeder. I was sad when I didn't see an option in the store. I searched online and found a reddit post where someone mentioned asking customer service and ordering that way. Customer service was very helpful and ordering was easy.
