Cutomer service is great! I bought a camera and wireless water fountain. Love the design, easy set up, cleaning and maintenance. My cat Gaylord also loves it and getting the report is very helpful. Im recommending it to my friends!

Purchased both an automatic feeder and water fountain. Both shipped quickly and arrived within a few days, however the feeder was cracked at the base and was unusable. I contacted customer support with pictures of the damage and received a reply same day assuring me my request was being looked in to. Again, within days the customer support agent was able to process and ship a new feeder without any problems (all during Christmas and NYE holidays). Great customer service and VERY quick response times. Also very happy with my fountain thus far, and so is my cat.

Customer support is the best! Replies to emails were within minutes, well thought out and helpful. Makes such a difference to communicate without having to jump through loops to get there.

My Polar wet feeder stopped working after about 6-8 weeks. I tried the printed troubleshooting steps, but they didn’t help. I reached out via email and got a quick reply. They asked for some photos of the problem, and after a couple of emails, they sent me a new power converter and cord, which solved the issue. Hopefully, it’s a lasting fix. Thanks to Roin for the help!

We had a problem with our one rfid feeder and the support response and follow-ups to resolve the issue were really fast and helpful.

I had a great first experience and though my delivery went missing, I was assisted promptly. Fortunately, I had insurance so not sure if that made things that much easier. I must highlight that each time I made contact with Petlibro, I was met with prompt responses, top tier customer support and a sense of reassurance. I was honestly very hesitant to invest in getting the Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder but given the nature of my job and the infeasibility of being available all the time to feed my cat as well as my cats dislike of dry food, I decide to give it a try. So far the experience as been a good one that I decided to invest in a second one. Unfortunately the second feeder had a slight problem with the cover. Upon contacting the customer care I was furnished with a replacement within 3 days and it has been doing a great job of setting my mind at ease while I'm at work. I cannot understate the effort made by the customer care reps who attended to my case as they were very kind and helpful.
