I think there was initially an issue with the website for returns, but once I was able to get in touch with someone, I got immediate and courteous service. There was nothing wrong with the product I had to return, (Luma litter box) it is a very high quality product. Unfortunately, my pet refused to use the litter box in spite of my attempts to acclimatize my pet to the change.

I have two Petlibro products, the first a feeder. I purchased the one with camera access. Both the feeding machine and its camera have performed flawlessly. The second Petlibro product is the water fountain. Here, as well, I have enjoyed the pleasure of having zero issues with performance. Of greatest importance, these products have allowed me to enjoy extended times away from the responsibility of feeding and watering pets.

I upgraded to Luma from Meowant for better odor control, cleanliness, and facial recognition (vs only using weight to differentiate). Pros: I am so impressed with the odor control and cleanliness! My kittens have way less accidents in terms of stepping in their waste and the material keeps pee from sticking to it. Amazing! Slight Cons - the machine is surprisingly loud and after 5 days the AI keeps misidentifying one of the cats. One is brown with fluffy long hair and the other is black with sleek short hair and a much smaller face. Not sure if it will eventually get them ID’d correctly - I hope so. Overall, I am pleased with the performance and the value for what I paid. The odor control is everything!!

Really quick and helpful customer service. They got back to me right away about the replacement item I needed to order even though it was right at Christmastime. Item was reasonably priced and they shipped it for free. Shipping was quick and item arrived with no incident.

Great explanations and advice to try and fix the fountain. They were super kind and sent me a new motor and base when the issue couldn’t be resolved.
