I ordered a Luma Smart Litter Box and an accessory pack. Shipping was quicker than expected, and set up was a breeze. This is my first robotic litter box, and I'm extremely happy thus far. As a millennial that doesnt have much patience for technology, I can say the app provides simplicity for such a complex machine. Customer service, namely Jeremy, was very quick to respond to my inquiry and very pleasant.

I worked with Yolanda as I was noticing connectivity issues with my petlibro device. Not only was Yolanda extremly through and understanding, she made sure to pull all stops to help address the issue. While we were unable to get the direct issue resolved Yolanda ensured that the experience was reflected and did what she could to resolve it as best she could. I appreciated her patience and understanding on the matter from when she took on my request until the end.

I had an issue with one of the automatic wet feeders, and got a replacement. Petlibro’s customer service is the best and although the communication took about 24 hours in between replies, they did what was needed to be done right. Jestoni was great!

I have a full set of Petlibro pet "appliances". My cats love the water fountain and I love the kibble feeders. All work perfectly and are easy to maintain. The new Luma litter box is our latest addition and it is so much fun. Who knew watching your pet use the catbox on video could be so entertaining. But the best part of PerLibro is their customer service. They have been so helpful with all of my questions about how to encourage my cats to use the new box, sometimes with a touch of humor but always kind and helpful. They have simply been the best customer service group I've dealt with, ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend
