We have bought 5 Petlibro dry food feeders in the last few months as we have 5 cats-- one with kidney diet. The feeders were easy to assemble and set up, easy to clean and operate. We don't fill the hopper with food--just enough for a 24 hour period. Three of our cats took to them fine as they had worn collars before and the unit didn't make any loud noises. One other cat is getting accustomed, but our baby of the family (1 1/2 yrs) is struggling a bit. She doesn't love the collar but it is the RFID tag that drives her insane as it is large and cumbersome. She will be a work in progress for a while. I did not use the collars that came with the product --I bought breakaways. It would be amazing if Petlibro could come up with an RFID that would fit ON the collars and not hang OFF of them. I do not regret our purchases at all but will be checking back to see if improvements on the collar/tag have been made.

Suite à mon avis défavorable j’ai été contactée et finalement mon problème a été résolu. Je reconnais qu’ils ont toujours été très correctes dans leurs mails. C’est dommage que la prise en compte de mon problème n’a pas pu être pris en charge plus rapidement. Je suis en attente d’une nouvelle base. Ma nouvelle base est arrivée très rapidement. Merci

Updating from 1 star to.. I'll give it 4 stars just because the bin sensor issue appears to be a common problem based on Amazon reviews. 1. Despite what they say about their reviews on their website being honest.. It still does not look that way still so I will not update this part. I put a 1 star review in and filtering through the reviews I can't locate that or any other bad reviews. 2. Customer support did end up replacing the faulty bin which was causing all of the issues. Some reviews you will find on Amazon show the bin slamming or falling backwards during emptying... its because of a sensor issue even if it doesnt say it. They 2-day shipped a replacement bin and a spare litter mat to me and its been working reliably since (about a month now).

Received my Luma litter box yesterday, and the cats are getting accustomed. A little drama getting it delivered - first try never seemed to get picked up, second one took longer than I expected. But all along the way, Petlibro was very empathetic and helpful. They double-shipped me a very expensive item, with no drama at all. And they stayed in touch every step of the way. I’ve rarely had customer service this involved… Only reason I held a star back was the delay of the first unit, but I kind of put that more on FedEx than Petlibro

Je complète mon avis laissé le 25 octobre, ayant un peu plus de recul sur l'utilisation de cette fontaine Apparement il ne faut pas avoir l'application sur plusieurs appareils. une fois supprimé l'applis de ma tablette et de ma domotique, plus de problème avec l'application sur mon téléphone et j'ai pu reconnecter le WIFI Pour un autre problème le SAV a été très réactif et m'a bien aidé. Maintenant tout va bien. Je suis satisfait de cette fontaine.

Kudos to Petlibro for their handling of my situation. I ordered a cat fountain and a camera. I found the cat fountain very difficult to set up; I could not get it to sync with the app, and I got frustrated. I did not want to mess with it any longer, despite their emailed support. (I didn't even try the camera after the difficulty with the fountain.) They ultimately determined to refund my money after a complimentary return of the fountain and camera. They met my frustration with understanding and kindness. Because of this, I told them they had changed my opinion about their company and I intend to order their camera and give it a try.

I have now been provided with a replacement tray. I was informed this was a goodwill gesture as it is not covered under the warranty. Whilst this process has been slow, I am very happy that the product is now working very well. My cats actually much prefer this than a water bowl. They kept looking for the fountain while it was not working. They are now happily drinking from the water fountain again. I bought a water fountain for my cats in July. It broke last week, a part came away from its casing. I've contacted Petlibro with the details but find their customer service is very slow. I'm still waiting for a response - very disappointing.

J’avais laissé un avis très négatif il y a quelques jours concernant le Petlibro Polar, car l’appareil ne se connectait plus au Wi-Fi après seulement deux jours d’utilisation. J’étais très frustrée, d’autant plus que le distributeur dépend de leur cloud pour fonctionner. Après plusieurs échanges avec le service client, la situation a finalement été résolue. Le problème provenait en réalité d’une panne mondiale du service AWS (Amazon Web Services), qui a touché de nombreuses entreprises et était totalement indépendante de la volonté de Petlibro. Leur équipe a reconnu les désagréments causés, a pris le temps d’examiner mon cas, et nous avons trouvé un accord commun satisfaisant, avec un dédommagement proposé rapidement. ➡️ En résumé : malgré un départ compliqué, le service client s’est montré efficace, réactif et compréhensif une fois le problème identifié. Merci à eux d’avoir pris la situation au sérieux et d’avoir tenu leurs engagements.
