Hi Hiza, Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s true that the AI filtering and pet recognition features are part of our subscription service. This setup helps us continuously improve and support these smart functionalities. Without a subscription, the camera still offers high-quality video, two-way audio, and the unique bird chirp sound—these are the basic and useful features. We completely understand your wish to enjoy all features without a subscription. The subscription is designed to provide a smarter, more personalized experience while helping us deliver ongoing software updates and customer support. We’re glad to hear you like the camera’s video quality and microphone! If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team ([email protected]). We’re always here to help.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your user experience. The feeder supports setting up multiple sets of meal schedules in one day. This feature allows you to feed your cat more than 3 times per day, however, it requires you to manually switch the schedules. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact the Petlibro Customer Service Team. We spare no effort to assist you.
