These feeders are exactly what I needed. I have 2 cats, with different dietary needs and they are indoor cats only so they aren't microchipped. Having the collars works perfectly. One of my cats needed to acclimate to it but I think because it's so quiet that he warmed up to it pretty quickly. I love the app and being able to set schedules. I love being able to see what times they go to the feeder. I love the customization. Wonderful product. 10/10, highly recommend.

Wir haben seit ca. 7 Monaten zwei Nassfutter-Automaten von Petlibro. Unsere Katzen kommen super damit klar. Leider hatte einer der Automaten ein technisches Problem mit der Kühlung. Der Kundendienst von Petlibro war schnell per Email erreichbar, super freundlich und hat das Problem analysiert. Eine Woche später haben wir bereits ein neues Gerät. Super Service - Danke! 😻😽

I purchased the Polar wet food feeder about a year ago, and it's be a life saver while we're away from home, giving us a means to feed our cat either on a schedule or manually. Once we started having problems with the unit, the promptly and proffessionally assessed the issue and sent a replacement. Definitely remaining a loyal customer of theirs!

Needed a replacement part, the homies originally sent the wrong one, but my guy Vincy immediately corrected it and refunded the difference and let me keep both.
