PetlibroReviews of petlibro.com

We have been buying Petlibro's filter packages for years for our stainless steel cat water fountain. Always the same great quality and prompt service except for a little snafu on our last order, which was amiably resolved.

Very nice machine. My cat likes it. Very easy to put together.

Suite à un problème technique sur une pièce de ma fontaine à eau, Petlibro m'a gracieusement renvoyé la pièce en question. Geste commercial apprécié.

Quick and clear communication and issues remedied without much hassle. Very satisfied with results.

We bought the litter box and feeder and are loving both. It took a little training with the litter box, but now it's life changing not having to scoop all the time. We had an issue with the feeder bowl breaking at the connection to hold it to the feeder, but Petlibro's outstanding customer service took care of it right away. we are very happy with the products and would highly recommend.

My cat is starving at 4:00 AM and I am craving sleep. I’ve just gotten the Polar Wet Food Feeder and this is going to be such a help to us both! The design of this device has so many helpful and innovative features. I had a problem with shipping and the company stayed with me until I received a replacement. I also had a question about cleaning and they provided a very thorough answer. Customer service personnel were also very pleasant to work with.

Super lösungsorientiert, teilweise in Minuten Antworten bekommen. Ich war selten so zufrieden mit einem Kundenservice! Wir haben nach technischen Problemen auch direkt ein Ersatzgerät erhalten! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Timely; I couldn't ask for more! Helps me stay on top of providing quality running water for my cats.
