It's my 2nd product of Petlibro. I had a fountain for my cats and today I got my very first wet food feeder, "Polar". The device itself is great and seems to be robust but 1 star less for the app. I recognized it's week side very quickly as I simply need these features: - to be able to reopen a chosen section any time, manually, apart from the schedule, - to be able to run more than 1 schedule simultaneously Please let me know whether there's planned any update, it's only up to the software, come on... If it's on the way, when could we expect to have it live? Thank you

Ich habe den Nassfutterautomat mit Edelstahlnäpfen bestellt. An sich ist die Verarbeitung hochwertig und er funktioniert eigentlich gut, jedoch ist das Futter trotz der 30 minütigen Kühlungspause zu kalt und mein Kater wollte nichts mehr essen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich über das Portal auf der Website fristgerecht (gleich am nächsten Tag) Retour beantragt. Zunächst hat sich eine KI bei mir gemeldet und gesagt, dass binnen dreier Tage ein Supervisor mir die Retourdaten schicken wird. Von diesem Supervisor habe ich fünf Tage später immer noch nichts gehört und auf neue Nachrichten antwortet der Kundensupport gar nicht mehr. Sehr schade, da ich die Firma eigentlich als vertrauenswürdig eingeschätzt hatte. Ich hoffe mein Fall wird in kürze noch bearbeitet (Bestell Nr. 23200070118), sodass ich meine Bewertung erhöhen kann. UPDATE: ca. zwei wochen später hat die Geldrückgabe geklappt. Der Supervisor Christian hat sich nach über einer Woche bei mir gemeldet und die Retour selber betreut. Nach kurzem hin und her wurde mir das Geld zurück erstattet, jedoch muss man sagen, dass die supervisor schnell antworten und hilfsbereit sind. Ich denke das Problem liegt nicht daran, dass sich Petlibro vor Rückgaben drückt, sondern das evtl. Personalmangel vorliegt.

I bought a polar feeder 1 and 1/2 years ago. Everything was fine until 2 weeks ago when my cat refused to eat from the feeder. Initially I thought my cat was being fussy but after further inspection I realised the feeder wasn’t keeping the wet food fresh and was spoiled. I reached out customer service, I received a few quick answers (I think it was AI), then they told me they would escalate and get back to me in 3 working days. I mentioned that ATM is extremely hard to feed my cat without automatic feeder as he has Kidney disease and can’t eat dry food, and I’m working full time so if they could speed up their responses. Their last email was on the 29/05, I sent a follow up email and no answer whatsoever. I’m extremely disappointed by the interaction, very different from when I contacted them to buy a new tray for the feeder. Also there’s no direct chat or telephone number to contact customer service. EDIT: customer service got back to me and resolved the issue. However it was really slow.

Je suis client de Petlibro avec plusieurs appareils : distributeur de nourriture humide, distributeur de nourriture sèche et fontaine 2ème génération. Je suis satisfait de ces produits. Malgré tout le distributeur de nourriture humide est sujet à des problèmes. Ces sont de bons produits en pleines évolution. Merci Petlibro

Un SAV réactif, même le samedi. La fontaine DockStream 2 Crodless, souffre d'un défaut de conception, l'adaptateur secteur founrit avec le produit (5 watts) n'est pas assez puissant pour garantir un fonctionnements table en continu, il suffit tout juste pour charger la batterie interne. Pour un fonctionnement stable du produit sur secteur et avec un mode de flux d'eau en continu, il faut utiliser un adaptateur secteur d'une puissance de 25 watts
