PetlibroReviews of petlibro.com

Easy to place order & discount offered at point of purchase. It arrived within 5 days of purchase! Customer service were also very polite prompt at replying. Cheaper than their competitor and IMO a better product (Luma Litter Robot)!

Very helpful customer service! My cats love the stainless steel water fountain. My town’s post office returned the one I ordered for our second home because I didn’t put the P.O. Box. Vincy at petlibro is reshipping it to me - he was very helpful.

My cat absolutely loves this! She’s always loved running water, but I didn’t know if she would use a fountain (you know what cats can be like!) and thought is was a lot of money to spend for her not to use it. I needn’t have worried, she immediately took to the fountain and spends a lot of time drinking from it and playing with it. Which is where the splash mat is very useful too and catches any spills. The filter really does keep the water fresh and clean. It’s easy to clean and change the filter too and looks smart in our newly renovated kitchen. It tells me how much my cat is drinking and when it needs refilling or the filter changing. I can’t speak highly enough of it and would recommend to all cats and their owners! Also great customer service.

They are providing exceptional customer service. I have had two units stop cooling properly after over a year of having them and the company has replaced the unit without question after confirming the device is not functioning properly. The company's customer service response time is also great!

Très content et ravi .

My cat lost her collar and can't get into her feeder... she is so sad. Customer service was so helpful and kind!!!!

I can't say enough good things about the Luma cat litter box-it has completely changed our daily routine. The no-scooping feature alone is a game changer, especially with four cats in the house. It keeps everything clean, fresh, and hassle-free, which is something I didn't think was truly possible with multiple cats. One of my favorite features is the built-in weighing system. Being able to monitor each of my pets' weight and habits gives me peace of mind and helps me stay on top of their health in a way I never could before. We ended up purchasing two Luma litter boxes for our home, and it was absolutely the right decision. They handle the workload perfectly, and all of our cats adjusted to them with no issues. I also want to mention how helpful Randy was throughout the process. He made sure all of my shipments arrived and answered any questions I had. Setup was quick and easy, and everything worked right out of the box. If you're on the fence-especially with multiple cats-this is 100% worth it. It's convenient, clean, and gives you extra insight into your pets' health.I wouldn't go back to a traditional litter box again. Luna, Taz, Toby, and Gracie love the Luma!!

I reached out with an issue for devices I'd purchased from Petlibro and the staff was so quick to respond. They immediately helped me figure out the problem, found my order history and let me know I was within warranty. I have new devices on the way and I'm absolutely thrilled with how helpful and responsive Vincy and the Petlibro team were.
