I had some technical issues with my Dockstream 2 fountain and Randy went above and beyond assisting me in sorting it out. It’s great to deal with a company that stands behind their products and I would 100% feel comfortable ordering more products from Petlibro. As for the fountain, my Juniper is obsessed. No more drinking out of the tap for her. She stands guard impatiently every time I take it away to clean it. So cute. 🐾

Après avoir testé plusieurs fontaines de marques différentes, ce modèle s’impose jusqu’à présent comme le meilleur. Il est totalement silencieux, et son système de suivi via l’application est particulièrement bien conçu. La fontaine détecte correctement chaque passage de notre chat. Reste à voir sa tenue dans le temps, car c’est justement sur ce point que les modèles concurrents montrent souvent leurs limites.

Great products! We have 3 devices now and all have assimilated into our home so well. The app we use with the wet feeder is engaging and informative. The support is easy to access and turnaround time is quick. My recent experience with Vincy was indicative of this.
