The refrigeration on my Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder failed after my move, so I contacted Petlibro customer service. Within three days, I had a replacement. The process was simple, and every staff member I interacted with was prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. I have several Petlibro products because the quality is consistently high, and this experience reinforced that confidence. It’s one thing to make great products, but it’s equally important to stand behind them with excellent customer service. Petlibro did exactly that, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My petlibro wet food feeder stopped working and it was such an ease to get a replacement. The customer service team was quick, attentive, and very helpful. We have 5 petlibro devices. This was the first time we've had any issue and it was taken care of swiftly! We love petlibro!

I recently experienced an issue with my space feeder which was disruptive since I depend on it to feed my cats. I contacted customer service and I was happy with how they responded after showing them the things I tried to fix it myself.
