Bad customer service
Bad customer service, behaves like bullies, gives no explanations. Goes against what’s written on their website about users being allowed to see their data released. Edit- I used a credit card in my name, so your answer is not true. I was absolutely allowed to use my own credit card to pay with. I never received any refund and I was also forbidden from further contact with them via email.

Because this situation involved the use of a payment method that the purchaser was not authorized to use, we immediately refunded the payment in full once we were contacted and, for the safety of our members and business, closed the account.
