Prices are a bit high but the quality of the stores inventory is high as well. Sales team knowledgeable & not too pushy. Delivery team was on time & professional. Spent $4K on 3 chairs & a table. No regrets.

I purchased a new pinball machine for my husband’s birthday. It works great. The installation crew was courteous and answered all my questions. Within 30 days of purchasing I had a question as to whether a sound drop was working properly and called the service dept to get someone to look at it. The head of service wasn’t as open to assist as I would have expected, and grudgingly promised to get a technician to look at my issue. The technician did drop by, took at look, was personable and clearly knowledgeable about the issue, and resolved it for me. So kudos to the installation team and technician. Lukewarm for the service dept head
