good place to shop , great people to work

Sales people were informative to assist in making our purchase, but it seemed to change after our purchase. Very poor tracking on receiving our item. Warehouse workers were exceptional. We never received a follow up call to make sure the product met our expectations. Rather disappointing.

Product is well made and looks great. We love it. (We bought a small love seat and 2 swivel chairs.) Sales clerk left us a little confused, but a quick call to the manager straightened it all out. The sales clerk did have everything right and the manager suggested he would do more training to ensure the new clerk would be able to communicate more clearly. In fact the manager was amazing, very adept at handling our concern and we were confident the order was correct. The delivery experience was also exceptional. The delivery scheduler was very personable on the phone and was willing to accommodate our crazy schedule. We are over an hour away from the warehouse so this was not such an easy task. The delivery men were also great to work with. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely consider Peters Billiards again when we are looking for anything they sell. And we would recommend them to anyone.

Good service but still waiting for my orders it has already been 5 weeks.

I enjoyed the buying and delivery experience. The product quality seem good so far.

The product is excellent. We're very pleased with the quality. Delivery was easy, friendly movers. It was nice to be able to see so many samples on the showroom floor. My only slight complaint was that the sales staff was so low pressure that we felt a little "under-informed." Would definitely go back.
