Bought a portrait for a small family member for Christmas. Looked great through Email, but received the wrong portrait the day before Christmas. I notified Pet Creatives of the mistake and they acknowledged and offered to send a replacement if I sent them a photo of the received portrait. I sent them a photo of the received portrait and they never got back to me. Been about a week and a half. I didn't spend 126$ for this kinda service. I'll change my Star review when I get my portrait.

Love it so much but there was “dirt” or splotches on my cat pic face that wasn’t there. But overall if you don’t look that close, it’s amazing

The first version of the art was not to my liking and I sent them some additional photos and they knocked it out of the park and still delivered before Christmas for me. Easy to work with and I love the results and so did the person I gave the gift to.

So this turned out to be an amazing gift. We bought it for my husband as a joke and it is now hanging in our formal dining room. My adult children now want to pose in the same way so their picture can be beside it Too cute and funny!
