Love the product but ordered for Christmas with the guarantee it would deliver in time. Showed up on the 27th and never received any emails that it would be late. Just canned emails saying it would deliver soon. Dont really know what the guarantee is since they don't back it up with anything

We were promised delivery by Christmas (12/25) and we purchased 12/1. There were some technical difficulties (which I TOTALLY understand happens and was okay with) and they promised to instead have the updated art preview ready by Christmas that we could then print and give as a present. That was fine until they never delivered the art until 12/28. I messaged them three times since 12/19 and never got one email response, which is awful customer service! On 12/28, the art on the portal was all wrong, and so I took screenshots and wrote on them what needed to be done to make it perfect. They didn't listen and messed it up even more. I'm beyond frustrated that not only have they not done what I've asked, but they do not respond via email. I don't ever want to work with them again as they do not value customer service. Had they been communicating this entire time, I wouldn't be as frustrated.

would give this a no star if I could. one of the worst online companies I have ordered from, placed the order 26th November to ensure it would arrive for the intended xmas present, Not a chance of that even after lots of emails they would reply 2/3 days after I sent emails, then sent me an email saying it was getting shipped that went on for a week, Still not here 28th December and still nothing, did a chargeback and thankfully got my money back. on top of all that they spammed me with emails every day sometime 4/5 most annoying company I ever dealt with ! this is the type of company that ruins peoples online shopping experience. This is an updated review, the art arrived yesterday and like everyone else it was rubbish the face of the person was totally off from the approve art ? Item gone straight in the bin load of rubbish. so annoyed with this company they are a totally rip off, send emails and answers ( about 3/4 days later) saying they are sorry and want to do it right but keep missing the mark. online it says they are a US company but they are based in UK and the item was shipped from Spain ??? looks like they are drop shippers. dreadful company. They just mislead people.

Be very aware of buying from this company. Ordered print, promised in time for Christmas, received email copy for approval with the promise of dispatch to follow within a day or two and that was the end of the communication. Have messaged direct from their site and emailed on several occasions with absolutely no response in spite of the 'normally responds within 24 hours' message. There is no telephone contact number, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service. Placed order 3 December to ensure delivery of this gift in time for Christmas. It’s now 26 December with zero response to my enquiries for an update on progress. Every time I look at the dashboard the estimated date for the print to be ready to review for approval has shifter by another day or two. It is so disappointing. The daily mass emails from them about how wonderful they are is a daily reminder that we have been let down this Christmas. I’ve never had such awful service from online company - so disappointing. I’ll be asking my credit card company to reclaim the outlay to the company, and going elsewhere to secure belated gift.

Update. Just seen the reply but can’t reply to that it would seem so I am updating my original post. I have been in constant communication with you both by email and on Instagram? I think you need to check that maybe before replying on here? Still don’t have a final picture I’m happy with after many iterations but have been promised a 25% refund which I’m still waiting for. So far I have to say that this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with an online company. Even though it’s a busy time of year which I fully appreciate, responses to emails should still be happening which they are not Ordered on December 7th, similar story to others on here in that the first picture came through and I wasn’t happy with it. Received an email to say that they were sorry for the delay and my order was being prioritised. So far, the rework is due on December 25th according to the dashboard! This was for Christmas. I have had no reply to my emails or Instagram messaging besides one automated reply I haven’t heard back from. Disgusting service to be quite honest but I’d be happy to update this positively if they come back to me even though I won’t get this in time for Christmas now.

Avoid at all costs.I placed an order on the 4th of December.Initially I was assured this would arrive in time for Christmas.I have since contacted the company several times to get an update on the status of my order and have had no response.They don’t reply to E-Mails,ChatBot Messages or Facebook messages.Once they have your money they are not interested.Do Not use them!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a FRAUDULENT company. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I placed my order & I have yet to receive an approved preview. They lie or ignore you completely. I have asked for my order to be cancelled for over a week now. Nothing. I just had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Stay far away from this bogus company!
