So early December I saw my newsfeed constantly clogged up with their adverts. Never signed up for marketing but they hounded me every day with e-mails and offers. A week later I decide to purchase as a Christmas surprise because the quoted on their website ‘Christmas Delivery guaranteed if you order today’. I then for weeks continue to get marketing spam from this company but very little by way of updates I then get into the few days before Christmas day a notification that my preview will be ready soon so basically zero chance of getting the item to go under the tree. I write to them and say it is unacceptable and as a gesture of goodwill they should create my image in the next size up. Their lack of customer service skills meant that they ignored this continued with their marketing and then when I got my design I didn’t even like it so had to ask them to rework and wait another week! Upon getting my item I question was it worth all this hassle for such a poor customer experience was it worth a tiny digital painting of my cat for over £40? Won’t be shopping with them again, greedy company not impressed.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered 12/2 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Purchased two prints, a chihuahua and a bulldog. They came and looked NOTHING like my pets. Just stock photos. Requested revisions and it's now 1/9/24 and they won't respond to my emails. They are a SCAM.

I’m convinced this company is run by either bots, scammers or cheap artists using AI for their “work.” I also placed an order with enough time for Christmas delivery and have not received it. Their site instructs you to upload photos of your pet and include any instruction about any specific thing you’d like to see in the artwork. I chose a Christmas background and uploaded a picture of my cat wearing his Christmas sweater and wrote, “please include sweater in artwork.” First draft of completed art that was sent me did not have him wearing the sweater. Why ask customers to write instruction if it’s not going to be paid attention to? And it’s just further delaying my order. Not only that guys… he was drawn without whiskers. A cat. Without whiskers. I sent my feedback, a week or so later (now past Christmas delivery) and i get a revision of him wearing the sweater… still no whiskers. I wanna know how this is their whole business and they’re out here drawing cats with no whiskers lol. To be honest, I wasn’t thrilled with the way he looked at all anyways. Still, I replied back like yeah he just needs whiskers and we’re good to go. A whole week goes by and I still don’t hear anything. So, you have a customer who paid for Christmas delivery, and it’s taking you a week into the New Year to draw whiskers on a cat. None of these issues should have happened at all if attention to detail was important or if there was a basic understanding of what a cat looks like. I ended up emailing them saying forget the order and don’t even worry about the $21 i spent, keep it as a donation at this point maybe towards some art or business classes. Then they reply talking about store credit 😭😭😭 please don’t waste your time.

Incredibly disappointed. At first, this seemed like a lovely business run by two sisters who love art and pets. But it has been more than a month since I purchased and paid for a piece of artwork, and they have gone completely silent. There is no artwork, no digital print - nothing. And they don't respond to my Emails. Have I been scammed?

Horrible customer service. I was guaranteed that my artwork would come in time for Christmas and it did not. It is January 4th and I still do not have my artwork. I reached out to them multiple times for assistance and received a response days later with no new additional information. Buyer beware if you are giving this as a gift.

Ordered at the beginning of Dec with Pet Creations Art guaranteeing Christmas delivery. Emailed them twice to chase, neither time did they respond to the fact that they had broken their guarantee. The website also went down making it very difficult to track the order. I'm aware you were swamped with orders over Christmas but it's still your responsibilty to draw the line on accepting them so you can actually keep your so called garuntees. The picture has arrived today (2nd of Jan) and looks good but they have managed to attach the picture hook on the wrong side and I can't remove it without damaging it so it will always hang with one end sticking out. Not happy.

I have not been able to confirm my order at all. No contact from them about checking the drawing or anything. The only reason I haven’t followed up this week was because I was sick. Very disappointed in this company.

Horrendous customer service! Took over a month to even ship the item, and it was still late. Didn’t ship to the address I asked them to when they were late. Wouldn’t order from them again!
