I payed 66 dollars for a phone picture. I was expecting a framed picture. Was not clear in the info of what I was getting.

I still have not gotten the product. Its just a digital order. Very slow. Paid extra for faster service. Still waiting.

Terrible. I’ve requested cancellation multiple times and don’t get a response FOR WEEKS. Inexcusable.

I am still waiting for my purchase to be shipped and received I've been trying to get this taken care of since the beginning of March I paid extra because there was a misunderstanding whether it was a digital or a canvas and I paid the difference for the canvas and I'm still waiting

Ordered a canvas weeks before Christmas, many emails back and forth getting it right. All emails state canvas, messages saying video yourself opening your canvas. Assured delivery before Christmas. Item never delivered or attempted delivered. Company then turns round and says it’s a digital download only which was NOT what I ordered. Stopped communicating when I started querying with them. Absolute rip off.avoid using this company.

I bought a rug (doormat) and they asked for my dogs name which is Charlie. When my rug arrived it said Welcome to Charlie house when of course they should have written Welcome to Charlie’s House. I emailed the company and asked them to either send an amended replacement or a full refund. They replied offering me a 20% refund. I replied no I wanted a correct replacement or a full refund. Here is their reply Hi We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item you received. We have looked at your order and you put Charlie when you placed your order, do we suggest you place a new order and put Charlie's We can offer you a 15% discount. At present they are currently offering a 17% discount on all orders. I have obviously rejected this offer and asked for a free replacement or at least a 50% refund. Let’s see what they offer now. Please also be aware the goods come from USA.

Agree with all the one star comments. Very deceptive. Was told a canvas print too but just a digital download. All very chatty and friendly until I complained and then ran away hiding! I even shared a copy of the order that stated a canvas print. Interestingly they told me they’d never had that problem before. Over priced for what it is. Please don’t be fooled and avoid!!
