I think they are over priced and quite generic with the pets features, although they did alter when requested. If it was a third of the price I would probably be happier with the end result

Hi Becky, I understand our canvases are a bit pricey but we made the decision to focus on quality over quantity. This means we use premium materials for our canvases and all artwork is hand-drawn by our extremely talented artists. We also offer 'free unlimited revisions' to ensure your canvas is perfect before we print it. On top of that, we are also official partners of Clearpay & Klarna which allows you to pay any of our products up completely interest-free. I am sorry to hear you thought your portrait was 'generic'. After checking back on our email trail, I can see we made one revision and after this, you mentioned this was now 'perfect'. I wish you had mentioned this at the time and we could have added more detail in for you. Our cartoon canvases tend to not be over-detailed for this to fit in with our 'cartoon style'. Nonetheless, I am glad you would have been pleased with your canvas if this was a bit cheaper. Thank you very much for your business with us too, it's much appreciated! -Mark
