Hey John, I am extremely sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. As much as we thought we were prepared for the Christmas rush, we severely underestimated the demand for our products and the volume of emails we would be getting. Lesson learned here, and we will be more prepared next year. I am so sorry for the lack of communication and the delayed communication. This was our first proper Christmas as last year we had just started out, so we were not very busy. As much as we thought we were prepared, we were really not, which is a lesson well learned. Our current operation is not efficient whatsoever as this causes a lot of backlogs in our emails and is not as user-friendly for the customer as it should be. Going into 2022, we have actually taken out a loan to get a custom portal built and designed for our customers, which will allow you to preview your art, preview backgrounds, and approve your art instead of all the consonant back and forth emailing. This will make the entire process much quicker and easier for the customer. Again I deeply apologize for all of the delays in getting your order to you. I hope if we do receive an order from you next year you will be impressed with how much more efficient we are! Hey Ashley! I am terribly sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your canvas. I can see that this took us three revisions to get this right for you, so I am very sorry about the hassle with that. Your last response mentioned that the artwork looked great, and you were happy with this going into production as we only print the art when you love it! As for the canvas looking grainy, this should certainly not be the case as we pride ourselves on using the highest quality of materials for our products. I am very sorry to hear you were not pleased with your canvas. We try to make the sizes as clear as possible on the website. I can see you ordered an 8x10 inch canvas but you must have thought you were ordering a larger size. Our prices are based on the number of characters involved on the canvas so our family canvases tend to be much more expensive which is why we recommend going for a larger sized canvas for this to be the best value for money. I can see we emailed you offering a larger canvas at trade cost to make up for this but we have not received a response from you yet.
