Updated: There was a mistake on their end and one of the owners rectified it after I sent another email. I feel like they are just overloaded with orders. I’m still not happy with the length of time it took, but the actual product / outcome was good so I am changing from 1 to 3 stars. If you want the picture for a specific date, I suggest ordering two months out. I think they typically deliver in a month timeframe but just to be safe… Previous Review: The company does not deliver as promised. I purchased in one of their December guaranteed spots but have not received my artwork. It says complete but no download / no art. I emailed multiple times with no response. Do not purchase anything from this place! I have requested a refund but I can see that other reviewers are having the same issue and did not get proper resolution.

The art turned out excellent however it did did not arrive until a full week after Christmas. I understand being a small business and getting absolutely swamped with orders. However, I ordered mine on December 3rd way before Christmas. I didn’t even receive the previews until a week before Christmas. I would like to receive at least some of my money back for the long delay. Other than that, the art is wonderful and the ladies did a fantastic job. I would recommend this however, the process has to be much improved. There can’t be a promised for delivery before Christmas and then arrive a week after.

The Art was great. The first draft arrived fast, but the revisions took begging and a lot of time. No response to multiple e-mails over weeks. I finally was able to communicate over Facebook. I had to beg to get a digital copy of the art via Facebook Christmas Eve day. When an e-mail finally arrived after Christmas, the apology was accompanied by a digital print of someone else's dog.

Looks like they were overwhelmed by several orders. Didn't receive on time. In the end, I think I could have done the job myself.

The picture came out nice; however it took over 4 weeks to get and customer service was not great.

Overall an unhappy experience. First and foremost I want to say design and final product is fine and I am happy with it. From placing the order to receiving the order was just over 36 days. Over this time I had to wait up to a week just to receive an email in return , and when promised upgraded delivery service and free gifts to compensate the Christmas present I ordered on the 2nd of December arriving on January 8th was just simply not true. There was no upgrade to shipping , it was shipped basic Royal Mail with no tracking (tracking was paid for in the original product basket) and no sight of any said free gift , not that the gift mattered as much it’s just a shame that another promise made by the girls come letting orders through Christmas and taking nearly 6 weeks to deliver was ultimately another lie. I was very patient with them and fine to hear that they’re a locally ran business and small at that but to take on ordered that cause you to be 5 weeks behind , not delivering within Christmas whilst ordering 23 days in advance just to have to wait 2 weeks for an email confirming the background wanted on the picture , followed with an even slower process to return my emails confirming if it had even been shipped ultimately then receiving false promises of any form of shipping upgrade as compensation , just truly upsetting. Customer service as a whole and premise of the company and its standards are a 0. Product they provide is as promised , credit where credit is due, I am happy with it and it is exactly what I asked for. It is a shame the experience had been completely ruined by every other factor there is to count for. A generous 1/5 star.

Final product was amazing but it took about a month to get there.

Y’all did the best you could and the art I received was amazing, but you mishandled the amount of orders you accepted and I still haven’t actually received anything I ordered. I am not angry or dissatisfied I just wanted to give this as a Christmas present.
