I placed an order on 12/10/22, hoping to get this as a Christmas present as there was guaranteed Christmas delivery advertised. I didn't receive the item until 01/09/23. There is a dashboard where you can see the status of your order, but it is not updated throughout the process. I was concerned about waiting for my product so I emailed customer service 12/19/22 but did not receive a response until 01/03/23. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but maybe a suggestion would be to fulfill all current orders before advertising for more. Unfortunately a lot of people were left disappointed. There was a generalized email sent to everyone on 12/22/22 apologizing for the delays and stating that everyone's shipping will be upgraded as well as gift cards and complimentary items sent out. It took 10 days for my order to be shipped to me and no gift card or complimentary item. When my product was received the picture itself was cute, but I thought the pixels would be less noticeable and was hoping for a clearer picture. I understand this is a small business and they're trying, but if you are going to say something, just a suggestion to follow through.

Art is Good and Cute, but the communication with customers and overall approach to marketing leaves a lot to be desired, for the following reasons: 1- 7 day delivery was for sure not fulfilled, more like 30 day delivery (lol) 2 - The revision i asked for was very simple but it took way too long 3 - They prioritize advertisement and take on new clients even though they clearly lack in capacity 4 - For a while they kept pushing back the ready date by a day, and this lasted about 10 days which is very annoying 5 - My order status was stuck at "will be shipped shortly" for around two weeks and still is stuck at that at that stage to this day (Jan 10) , however the order has been delivered today. 6 - I was not able to verify my cell number , probably because i live in Portugal. And that is also very frustrating 7 - Last but certainly not least, they delete negative comments from customers upset about delivery time and lack of communication on their instagram page. I understand its their page and they have the right to delete comments but its dishonest and deceitful at the very least

The art was beautiful and the approval process for it was great but I asked for one small revision and it pushed the approval back by about a week then the approval and quality check took even longer. I ordered 05Dec2022 and was looking at an arrival on 24Dec2022. After the request to change it slightly it pushed it back about 2 days. After checking multiple times the date kept getting pushed back and I have yet to receive it and or have it shipped and it’s 09Jan2023. I love the art and the idea but delivery of the product has been very difficult to be happy about.

I'm going to give an honest review of what happened in my situation with this company. For anyone reading this review, I would be hard pressed to confirm whether this company actually reads their reviews or in any way, shape or form listens to comments emails, etc from their customer base. This review is being typed upon receipt of my purchased art. Approximately 6 weeks after ordering. I'll start with the good. The finished product is cute. If you are in a situation where receiving the product on a timely basis is not important and you're ok with little to no communication throughout the process with the company then you will actually eventually receive a cute gift for someone. Now for the rest... I purchased a canvas and digital print of our dog Sally who passed away last year. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my wife. Every ad Sallie and Sophia have tell you that after ordering (paying) you can expect a proof in about 3 to 5 days and delivery approximately 7 days after that. For at least a week after my purchase, they were still on their social media sites telling people that they still have time to order for Christmas deliveries. If you read the comments under the admittedly very adorable pictures shown in the ads, you'll see comment after comment after comment of people complaining that they're not getting any responses to emails and they've been waiting with no updates for items purchased. I'm really not sure if this is a situation of the people running the business simply being overwhelmed or purposely mismanaged. As a customer you definitely get a feeling that the powers that be behind the scenes are of 2 distinct and different personalities. On one side you get the grassroots "were just a couple of artists trying to create memories and we're not in it for the money and... While on the other side there's no concern for the people that are ordering with no hope of getting that special Christmas gift. There's no honesty in just letting people know on social media how backed up they are and an honest cut off point for certain dates or communication post purchase through the process. It's kind of like, "We have your money now. Just sit back and we'll eventually give you what you purchased". All on the topic of communication post purchase. It's not entirely true that there is no communication. Although it is extremely rare to actually get a personal response, You will get inundated, almost weekly, with upselling. Ads for mugs and future products and this and that. All while you're waiting for the one thing that you bought. It's maddening.

I placed my order 12/02 and received it 01/05. I emailed at least 4 times to request a refund and never received a response. They sent out a mass email regarding holiday delays promising they would “make it right” by providing gift cards, upgrades etc. but that was untrue as I received my regular order (sent to the wrong address). I never received a response to my multiple emails requesting a cancelation and refund even though they promote 100% money back guarantee. I understand they are a small business but they could at least have better communication and at least respond to emails. The art piece itself is good but not for the price combined with bad customer service.

Did not deliver on ask or on time. Was meant as a Christmas gift and ordered well ahead of time with the promise it would be ready (ordered in one of their guaranteed Christmas delivery slots). A late Christmas gift means literally nothing. Beyond that it was completely inaccurate. I asked for a refund and they refused, instead offering store credit. Why the hell would I want a credit with someone who can’t deliver the right product in a timeline they promise? Terrible experience.

I make my order for christmas on 9th of December. Today is the 9th of January and i dont have my order yet. Price too high for wait so much time. It's a pity beacuse the work is beautiful
