Ordered a new product with prior artwork. So they didn't even need to make new artwork. It was already done. Was promised the product by Christmas. Ordered November 30th. Didn't even get a "preview" until after Christmas. it was just my previous artwork again. The product still isn't complete or shipped. Worst service I have ever gotten on any product I have ever purchased. The art is good but not worth the ridiculously terrible service. No clue how they are still in business.

still haven't gotten what I paid for after ordering 2 months ago. I want my money back. Finally got to me about 7 weeks after the order date. I ordered the day before thanksgiving. Final product was great but WAY too expensive for the wait time and lack of communication

I ordered my product on the 15th of December and haven’t even had a preview of what my final product is like I also paid for express delivery of 3-5 days and yes this is still nearly 3 weeks late I am incredibly disappointed in the service that has been provided and unless improved would not be ordering again, this was supposed to be for Christmas

Please be careful with this company. I bought one thing previously and the design was good however it took 3x as long to come. I thought I’d order again from them and assumed the 2 weeks late turn around was a one off. I ordered again in Nov 21, hopefully to get a gift here in time for Christmas. I had to email them 2 weeks after purchase to ask where my design was…they then started to work on my product. The designs they were giving me were a lower standard to what was previously given. Unsure on the reason as to why this is. After a couple of re designs ( not much change at all, design still the same ) I decided just to say yes to one of the designs even though I was only 80% happy with it. However I’m still yet to see the final design, I have emailed this company multiple times… they are now not replying. My last email was me asking for my money back, again no reply as of yet. I ordered in Nov and I’m still yet to receive a product or a final design. Just be aware that the delivery and estimated times this company gives out are way off! From point of purchase at least give it 4 weeks minimum, that’s if it comes at all. I want my money back please.

Waited almost a month and still not received even though I ordered as a Christmas gift. I wouldn't have minded if the website told me it would take this long and not "7 days in busy periods" like it does. Unacceptable for a business and needs rectified ASAP.

I had high hopes given the good reviews (so far) but this was a complete let down. I placed my order on 6 December, and was promised a preview within 3-7 days and delivery of the print well before Christmas. I received a preview on 21 December (15 days after placing the order) and asked for a small tweak to be made. This was followed by a complete radio silence until 31 December, when I received a (copy/paste) response claiming that the company was doing everything it could to ensure Christmas delivery (!!). I do note that the Pet Creations Art was still promising Christmas delivery on its website on 15 December, which tells me that the company knew that it would not be able to meet all Christmas delivery commitments and only wanted to get orders in. Completely deceitful practice. I asked for a full refund (which I think is a reasonable ask, given the fact that this was meant to be a Christmas gift). Sophia’s response was barely apologetic, and I was only offered a partial refund or store credit. I’ve decided to open a dispute with my credit card company for breach of applicable consumer laws to make a point. At first I had some compassion for the business (as did other reviewers here on Trustpilot), as I do appreciate that it is a small business and it probably came under a lot of pressure around the festive season. However the unapologetic stance, complete lack of communication and lack of desire to make things right by offering a refund mean that I no longer have any compassion. The art itself was not bad, although not particularly impressive. Reasonable value for money if it had been delivered on time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Advertised for 7-10 day delivery, ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my canvas. I never once and still haven’t received tracking information for my package, I haven’t received any emails to update me on my package but I received about 20 emails in the last 4 weeks about your promotional offers which is a kick in the teeth to receive when I can barely get an email back about my order. I understand it’s a small business but you should limit your orders if you can’t keep up with the demand.
