Appreciate its a busy time of year so I wouldn't usually leave a negative review, however, this company are a bit sneaky as they charged me for a premium queue jumping service which was offered upfront. This said my design would be ready to approve in 1-3 days, whereas it took 9 days (or 5/6 working days) which is longer than their basic non premium service is listed as. I emailed the company (as you can't call) after 8 days and I still havent received a reply. On the 9th day I asked for an amend after seeing the draft design but 4 days have now passed and the portal states I have to wait 5-7 days before I hear back again. Hopefully this review is seen and I can then speak to somebody at the business. I have mailed them today and asked for the order to be canceled and for a refund but I'm not too hopeful, there's no chance I'll receive it in time for a gift now so I've had to purchase something else last minute. I will happily update this review if the situation can be resolved. Order #37035

Very poor. Paid a lot of money on a promise of my artwork within a few days. Have received and heard nothing two weeks later, and all emails have been ignored, despite a promise to reply to all messages within 24 hours. Very suspect company. It's also interesting to note that all bad reviews are immediately followed by a review that appears too good to be true. Hmmm.

This is my first ever negative posted review. I have recently seen a few negative reviews which mirror my experience. I ordered Nov 30 and was promised my order of 2 items before Christmas. It is now 6 days until Christmas and I have no idea where my order is. I have sent a number of requests and no response. They give all of these guarantees but their horrible service is very disappointing. I received a sample of my order very quickly which was hopeful but I really wasn’t pleased with how the images looked and asked for revisions. I have received nothing since and zero updates. I really don’t understand their non response They are great at their marketing and sending all their promotional emails but don’t seem to have the common courtesy to respond to my emails. Obviously I won’t receive anything for Christmas and would prefer to just have a refund and move on but I know this won’t happen. I liked this concept but at this point I am not sure I will receive anything from this Company

Placed an order on 4th December and have had no correspondence from them at all. I sent an email chasing my order, but have not had a reply and it has been over 24hours. Would really like to receive my order before Christmas as it is a Christmas Present.

Was not pleased with this service. Kept on updating me that the service would be ready within 24-48 hours. Service itself took about two weeks. Wasn’t happy with the final product either, unfortunately. Seemed that they used a completely different artwork and it didn’t look like my dog.

I’m really disappointed after reading the service reviews. I was promised to have my picture ready in 1-3 days it took almost a full week to receive.I was very understanding as it is Christmas time and things take time but I then had to request adjustments as the photo looked nothing like my dog. They said it would take 24-48hrs when it took 5 days, I have been sent the same approval link twice now and have to wait even longer for it to be printed. Save to say I will not be using this company again very disappointing that they aren’t living up to the expectations of the reviews. Mostly annoyed about the timeframe they weren’t able to meet as they have sent me emails now saying only 1-2 days and you’ll have the artwork back and ready to approve but they couldn’t do that for me.

Horrible service will waste your time and money do not use

I wish I could give a good review because I don’t like hurting small businesses, but I also know that these products cost a lot and I don’t want someone who decides to spend a large portion of their paycheck to do so and get disappointed like me when there are smaller artists with equal talent who will do it for a fraction of the cost. So much has gone wrong with my order. When I placed my order, I specified that I needed them to state on the package somewhere who the gift was from. I am not close to the recipient and have no way of contacting him to let him know who sent the package because he is famous and does not always look at his fanmail. I ordered this work as a memorial for his cat who passed away. Not once did the company say this would be impossible for them UNTIL I paid and received several very delayed revisions. I am not totally satisfied with the artwork but I want the recipient to have the painting sooner rather than later, and it’s been a while since I ordered. They do not get revisions back to you by the specified time on the website. I was told at the end that it was impossible for them to write who the gift was from, unless I put my name directly on the artwork. This would destroy the purpose of the art. I don’t want the recipient to have my name on his memorial piece because that is really inappropriate and makes it seem as if I gifted it just to stick my name on it. I do however want him to know who it’s from and I don’t think it’s unreasonable for them to put a note somewhere on the package. It doesn’t need to be a fancy card. These products cost over £150 and it’s the least they could do to accommodate a small request. At the very least, it was deceptive to not tell me they couldn’t accommodate it until after they started the work when it was a specific request in the initial order notes. Nowhere on the site does it say they can’t put who the gift came from. Here’s the email response I got. “ Due to the high volume of orders, we receive that are gifts, we no longer include a card in our packaging. If you want, I can definitely add it to the portrait 😃”. Overall it’s been a really stressful, disappointing experience and what was a well intentioned gift has become a huge regret and waste of money. I wish I read the bad reviews on trustpilot instead of reading only the 5 star reviews on their website. I don’t believe my request was unreasonable. I said it could be scrawled on a recycled piece of paper for all I care or just written directly on the packaging to say who it was from - takes one minute and costs nothing. Really disappointing. If they had been open with me from the start, I would have canceled my order and tried somewhere else. Really deceptive to not be informed that specifications can’t be met until it’s too late to cancel. The painting doesn’t really look like the cat I’ve sent countless clear pictures of but I don’t want to waste any more time because I want the recipient to have the art while he still mourns. Sigh. I wish I could say something better. Buyers, be warned. UPDATE: I explained my situation and they have read this review and have suggested: “ if the recipient were to reach out to us we would be sure to let them that is was you that sent the parcel to them and pass on your IG handle for them to thank you.” To suggest that we wait until the recipient contact you to find out who the gift is from is absurd. This is not a mystery game to solve “whodunnit”. As I said: recipient is famous. He receives a lot of fan mail and on top of this he is grieving his lost pet. I don’t understand why I spent so much money on something and you can’t even let him know who the gift is from. Really really hurts. They also claimed I was “happy” with their work when I never expressed I was. I unenthusiastically accepted it because too much time has lapsed between revisions and I’ve given up. Shocking how they will make any excuse and refuse to be accountable and it shows how little they respect their customers. Update 2: I have been emailed with free offerings in exchange for the removal of this review. I will not be manipulated into suppressing my opinion if it can protect a single innocent buyer from going through the trouble and financial loss that I have. This was a painful experience and if I can prevent anyone else from throwing away their money, then be sure that I will try.
