I e-mailed before i ordered confirming I would recieve the order before the 20th of December. Which i was promised it would. Following the promise i ordered the artwork, whilst taking my money they were very quick to respond. The art they sent back, i asked for some revisions to be made, i waited 2 days for them, and after i recieved an e-mail saying it was done, it turned out to be the exact same picture that was sent the first time. With the deadline in mind I had to just accept it anyway. Now the 27th of December I still haven't recieved what i ordered, its not even showing as in the country yet on the tracking. I have sent 4 e-mails so far, and have had 0 responded too, unfortunatley it seems once you have gave your money over, the customer service then goes out the window. But they have been kind enough to keep sending ads through for boxing day deals etc. So thats kind of them.

The art is very well drawn but they've shown both this year and last year that they are making promises and 'Christmas Guarantees' that cannot be met, along with their very slow response to any customer services emails and messages. Clearly they cannot handle the Christmas rush, which is fine, but do not give out guarantees only to leave families without Christmas presents. Update: After receiving an email apologising for the Christmas guarantee not being fulfilled, they promised and I quote "We will also be upgrading everyone's shipping at our cost, sending out gift cards, complementary products, and whatever else it takes. I will make this right." However after having my order shipped, it is shipped with the cheapest and slowest option, essentially guaranteeing the Christmas spirit of my gift to be crushed as we will be well into the new year by the time of arrival. Another empty promise given by this business.

I was so very excited to order two images as Christmas presents this year! I sent payment on 11/27 and someone was quick to respond so we could get the ball rolling. I sent pictures a few days later and suddenly I’m getting no response. Zero response to any of my requests for updates or anything else. Not only do they have my money but I’m now also without two Christmas gifts that I was really counting on, and per their website I was guaranteed to have in time. I’ve been very patient and reasonable but have received literally no response from them for weeks now. All I want is either my pictures or a refund. I had high hopes for this company but now realize I’ve been scammed :/

Ordered on 11/27 for Christmas time. No response to emails. They have time to keep sending me emails to buy products but can’t reply to my support email. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

Total scam, don’t waste your money. Still not been sent my item and told not to respond to the delay email as my order will go to the back of the queue! Also have had to prove I actually have an order with them on Trustpilot or I could get banned! Why did I bother on both counts!!

I'm not sure if it's always been the case but at this point, this business is a scam. I would bet that most of the positive reviews are fake or at least old. You only have to pull up their site on Facebook to find out the truth. Underneath the cute pics, actually click on the comments. You'll see comment after comment of people not receiving their orders. Not receiving anything but delays and even asking for their money back and getting no responses. I personally put an order in on December 2nd because Sallie and Sophia promised a proof within 5 to 7 days and delivery before Christmas Well today is December 22nd and not only do I not have any approved art but I can't get any response whatsoever from this company As I already mentioned, I'm not the only one. Don't trust the reviews you see on Etsy. I went on there and couldn't even do a true review. I did however look at some of the commenters with the glowing reviews And everyone that I hit appears to be a ghost. No traceable information whatsoever. How do you like that? Buyer beware

Complete waste of time. All they do is spam your email & mobile with ridiculous amounts of ads. No completion of work which looks very amateurish. They’ve left so many people without products leading up to Christmas. Promise so much but deliver nothing. Avoid this company to avoid your disappointment!

As many others have summarized, this business is deceiving. They have chosen to ignore my emails as well as many others' after taking our money. I recorded complaints on their Instagram and complaints riddled through this review website. These reviews could have been avoided if they chose to communicate and disclose any barriers, but we've all collectively lost contact. PetCreationsArt blanket advertises on Instagram that they are a small business accepting new commissions to turn a picture of a pet into a "Disney-fied" piece of art. The business falsely promotes their items meant to be Christmas gifts, but they are not honoring any promised timeframes (meaning it's more than likely many orders will not arrive for Christmas, even if you order in advance). They are a small business, but this does not warrant as an excuse for complete loss of contact whatsoever among myself and many others. I ordered two pieces of artwork on Nov. 29th and received a promised turn around time of approximately 72 hours for preliminary visuals. The business claims to receive a lot of attention around the holidays so I remained flexible with their deadline. It is almost 3 weeks later (5 days before Christmas) and they still have not acknowledged questions about my order at all - this includes 5 recent emails sent across the span of 8 days from me to spur any sort of conversation on updates. My process is stuck and they have my money. I've tried being polite and unfortunately became irritated to learn that I'm being ignored entirely and further irritated to learn that I am not alone in these complaints. The only time the business acknowledged me, after my ignored emails, was when I chose to act as a completely new customer and reach out from a different platform (this happened a few days ago as an experiment to see if they would respond) - to which I found that they responded quickly and stated they are enthusiastically accepting new commissions. This proved that the business is very clearly reading their emails or messages but they are choosing to ignore existing customers and open discussion among new customers. It may be likely they want to capitalize on people placing orders before actually delivering on them, which lead to me look at their refund policy. Their refund policy on their website states they only honor refunds within a short 2 hour time-window of order-placement with a justification of: "we offer a service and services are not refundable." However, accepting money from a client, ignoring the client, and not following through with the service paid for does not constitute as a legitimate service and can come off more as a scam. It is not a good look to discover prioritized responses to potential new customers and dropping existing customers entirely. Deceitful, is my conclusion. It's wrong to enthusiastically accept new commissions with "Guarantee Xmas Delivery" advertising and not disclose timeframes or to flatly ignore the people who have already paid for a service. Had I known this business was going to choose to operate this way, I would have gone somewhere else. I personally could tolerate the delays, but only if they could communicate this to me. Now, I don't trust this business at all. I'm sorry to everyone who saw this promotion from PetCreationsArt as a chance to gift something creative to others for the holidays, but it is clear that something very wrong has happened here. This business has many inklings of being legitimate and showcases some history of positive reputation...but none of it showed this November and December of 2022. These reviews could have been avoided if PetCreationsArt just chose to respond to us and tell us honestly if they could or could not deliver on their service. It is likely they honestly reached beyond their normal scope of intake, but they flatly continue to ignore me as a customer and supposedly are continuing to ignore others who paid them. This is very unprofessional and is not a justifiable excuse. Next time, I will use an AI to achieve the same kind of artwork. Response to PetCreationsArt on 2023-02-22: I am reading you have taken out a loan. It's healthier for both of us to move on from this. Focus on loan repayment. I sent out an email response to an email received from your support email post art delivery. Through such, I already expressed my dismay on this process with suggestions for improvement. I unsubscribed a few weeks later as I never received a response. Artwork received - good quality...horrendous customer support. P.S. The working on Christmas blanket email is virtue signaling. Nobody expected or wanted this from you. Also a day extra couldn't have made a difference. It was bad to end the email summarizing "please do not respond or your ticket will receive less priority."
