What can I say that I haven’t before. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. This is my 5th canvas and every time it’s spot on. Mark and his team are amazing. They do everything they can to give you that perfect canvas and every time they get it right. The fact that they send you previews before printing is great so you can make as many changes as you want until your happy. I can’t put into words just how amazing they are. Thank you once again for another fantastic canvas ❤️❤️

Absolutely spot on from start to finish ! Couldn't be happier with my pet creation , looks amazing and a very happy customer 👌👏

The advert for Pet Creations reached me via Facebook, so I took a look at what the had to offer. I was looking at purchasing a canvas of my two cats for my partner. After a quick chat with Mark via their web chat service, I was advised to go for a 12”x18” (medium) canvas. This was because I have two pets. So, I placed the order and sent of a few photos of my cats over along with a request for a custom coloured background to go with our living room theme. Within 48 hours I’d received my first preview. It was great, it just needed a couple of tweaks, such as a slightly darker fur colour and slightly different eye colour (I’m a little picky a guess). They went away and within 48 hours they returned with my second preview. This was almost perfect, I just requested that the ears had to be a little different in regards to colour. So again, they took my request on board and got straight to it. A couple of days later I received my third review, this time it was perfect. They had managed to capture the personality and looks of my cats and portray them as a pair of Disney characters. It’s such an accurate representation of them both and every detail is present. The quality of the canvas itself is absolutely fantastic, it boasts a lovely thick wooden frame with a premium canvas print of the image neatly stapled to it via the back. It even has a couple of little rubbery stops to help it sit nice and level on the wall once hanged. Extremely high quality with a luxury feel. The real reason I’m leaving this review though, is their exemplary customer service. I felt a little awful having the image re-done a couple of times but was assured by Kat and Maeca on all occasions that this was absolutely no problem, and they would continue to review as many times as needed until I was happy. It seems so very rare these days that companies offer such high quality customer service such as this. Their care for customer satisfaction is off the scale and will adhere to your needs, whatever you request. They go the extra mile to make you feel fulfilled and pleased with your purchase. Thank you for making this a very easy and pleasurable experience, I will be returning in the future and recommending your service to many more people. If you’re thinking about purchasing, don’t hesitate, just go for it. You won’t be disappointed!

Very friendly service Beautiful work

Easy process and brilliant end result! Will be a returning customer for past, present and future pets as we plan to have a pet wall of fame now.

Top quality excellent value for money and a pleasure to deal with

Great picture, high quality, my Mum absolutely loved it. Good personal customer service too, able to accommodate a change when I wanted it. Will use again.

A really good quality picture - exactly what I asked for and looks just like my dogs but in Disney style. A good quick service as well, mine was perfect first time so I did not need revisions but the company offers as many revisions as possible
