I never received the product I purchased. Extremely disappointed this appears to be a sham company.

Hi Menny! I am very sorry for the confusion with your order. I can see here that you only opted for the Digital Download. We have the digital download as the first option as we had many customers request for this. We try to make this as straightforward as possible by calling this option 'Digital Download,' and the other options are sizes for the canvas. We have never encountered this issue before, but I can understand how this may be slight confusion, so we will see how we can make this more clear. Awful
Ordered on 4th December for a Christmas present and it still hasn’t arrived. Terrible service, just more promo offers. Don’t use them!!

I haven't received the item yet
I haven't received the item yet. I have received the email saying it was done and it was shipped. It's been over a month now since I ordered it. I was planning on giving it as a Christmas present, but I have gotten no shipping details and haven't received any response to my emails to the company. I can't give any stats because I haven't received the item, but I've gotten emails as if it should have been here already. This is the second email I've gotten to remind me to review my experience, and so far it hasn't been good.

Poor experience. Still not received
Purchased a digital copy at the start of December for a Christmas present, approved the artwork very quickly, but over a month since the order I still haven’t received my order. I’ve mailed the support mailbox twice but have not heard anything back. I keep getting autogenerated sales emails which really increases my frustration. I would caution people from using this small business. Clearly people want to support small businesses (me included) but this experience has been so poor.

Ive been asking for a refund
Ive been asking for a refund. I didnt approve the order, it looks awful and I only get promo emails and never a response from customer service.

Unprofessional
This company is extremely unprofessional. I placed my order on December 9th. I emailed them for a refund at the end of December. I never got a response so I wrote a review expressing my frustration. I finally got a preview of the art on January 2nd. I got a response today that my review was taken down because the company flagged it for being dishonest. This company doesn't respond and takes down reviews. I no longer want my order. I plan to dispute it with my credit card company.

Refuses to respond to emails and hasn't provided artwork that was paid for! Beware!
Failed to timely complete artwork (more than 2 weeks later than quoted and still don't have my product), failed to make all requested updates to artwork (only requested four very slight edits, they only did three, but it's taken so long I didn't want to ask for it to be fixed so I approved it without the full requested edits), did not respond to (three) emails requesting status. Very disappointing. Still don't have my artwork (despite approving it nearly 2 days ago for just a digital print, I still have nothing). Have not received a response to any of the three emails I sent requesting updates/information. Beware. Don't purchase from this company!
