Untrustworthy Site
Ordered this milestone birthday gift on January 24, 2023. It is now 6 weeks later and it has not been delivered- although I keep getting emails to "approve" the artwork (I do) and excuses like "It is in the final stages of production"...i have asked for a refund and have gotten nowhere with that. I now have no birthday present - but Pet Creations Art does have my money... This site is a scam and should be avoided. Update: I have been flatly refused a refund. In compensation for the artwork that I still have not received- I have been offered a free coffee mug. UPDATE: Received print on 3/9/23- 7 weeks after placing the order. All of this on a site that promised a 7 day turn around....and no coffee mug for my troubles...

Very angry
Very angry. Now 10 weeks ago I ordered. Still no delivery. Asked for refund and basically told no. I will follow up legally as very upset by this.

Ordered a canvas print and never…
Ordered a canvas print and never received, after communicating with customer service they claimed I only ordered the digital download. After voicing my concerns they stopped responding.

Scam
My order was for canvas and they sent a digital download. I requested a refund and they are trying to upswell me. When I complained they admitted that many people are confused by that and offered to sell me a canvas print for an additional charge!! On top of that the cartoon looked nothing like my dog and was very dark and masculine looking even after requesting they adjust it to make it lighter. Terrible experience and trying to get a refund.

Waited 7 weeks for a Christmas gift
Waited 7 weeks for a Christmas gift . Just received two days ago...terrible customer service all they want is more money from you ! Constantly sending emails regarding buying norepinephrine of there products but never answering your email about your parcel . Refuse to refund you . Do not use this company

How does this company have so many good…
How does this company have so many good reviews. What a scam. I ordered 10/30/2022 and it’s 1/20/2023 and have not received anything. Do not give your money to this “company”

Terrible experience!!
Terrible experience!!! Although I paid $160 for this, six weeks ago, I have never received it. There is no phone number for customer service ( that is a red flag!) and have been demanding my money back via email to no avail. Today, they sent me "proof of delivery" which was a delivery receipt for somebody else in a different state, for a different product and containing their personal information!! It's outrageous! Be careful everyone, this is an unprofessional company that cannot be trusted.

The worst company!
The worst company! So decided I wanted to have a picture of all of my boys together (3 German shepherd's) Sent off photos but hated the artwork that came back Tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me.its taken 4 months of picture revisions and me chasing them and reporting them and to be honest I've had enough.every revision the artwork got progressivly worse I agreed to the last revision just so I could move on!! I don't want the pic.it will never be displayed but I've wasted so much time on this that enough is enough Save your money and your sanity.do not deal with this company they are awful I've learnt the hard way and have to put it down to experience and move on!!
