I asked a question about cat flu and testing - I got a generic response from a vet tech which didn't remotely address the question! So, completely pointless service really. Don't bother, phone an actual vet. Updated - a vet later responded to my question (not sure if that's standard or was prompted this review/an email I sent) but it was a helpful response which did actually address the question i'd asked.
