SCAM ALERT — DO NOT BUY FROM PETBELONG! 🚨 Absolutely appalling experience with PetBelong. The collar I purchased snapped on its very first use, with the stitching failing and allowing our 4-month-old puppy to break free and nearly get hit by a car. This wasn’t misuse or excessive force — the collar simply failed during normal use. A dog collar should be strong, secure and reliable. This product was poorly made, with completely inadequate stitching and unacceptable quality. After this terrifying experience, I have zero confidence in any PetBelong products and requested a full refund for everything I purchased. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response regarding my refund, which is particularly disappointing given PetBelong advertises a 30-day refund policy. A product failing on its very first use is bad enough. Ignoring a customer after a serious safety failure is even worse. 🚨 Save your money. Don’t risk your dog’s safety. I absolutely do NOT recommend PetBelong.

We purchased 2 tactical harnesses for our Siberian Husky and Lab/Retriever. I was very impressed with the items, sturdy and made with great material. However our boys did not like them at all. Far too bulky and they would not be great with the terribly hot weather we receive in Perth in the summer time. Even when we walk them during cooler mornings or afternoons they will be far too hot. I have emailed to request a refund and heard back from Mitch after a week. He asked why I wanted to return them. I replied and no reply again since Sep 25th. Not happy with customer service but hopefully I’ll hear back from Mitch soon.

After minutes of placing an order I requested a CANCELATION of which I got an immediate response acknowledging my request. The following day I got an offer of 15% off. I declined & immediately requested another CANCELATION. I just got notice that the item has been shipped! I am so disgusted with this company !

The only reason I left a 1 star is to leave this message… I’m a homeless woman with a German shepherd and many donated for me to get this harness and it was ordered sent to a family friends house. On that day many packages were stolen including mine. PetBelong has done nothing to help me out and I have contacted the courier also. They keep giving me the round around and can’t resolve my issue. I’m alone with my dog and I really needed this harness and it’s unbelievable they can’t or won’t help me out. Don’t refund me but at least send it to me. I have nothing and it’s sad these days people are more worried about money. I lost everything and it wasn’t not my fault and this situation makes me not believe in human faith anymore

Horrible!! Do not purchase from this website!! I made a purchase on 3/23/26 for a “military grade harness” what I received was a thin cheaply made harness with plastic clips, I was shocked when the return address was China. I sent them an email regarding the return request and received an email back stating what I purchased!! I sent many emails saying I know what I bought and I need to return this. Then received another email stating they have a high volume of customers to be patient. It has been over 2 weeks and still have not received my refund. I have never experienced such horrible customer service with any company than this one. I’m starting to think this is a fake site.

Took 12 days just to see on tracking it was in transit. They have no contact number had to email them several times to find out if it was shipped. All they would say is they are looking into it . The harness they sell maybe excellent. But there customer service is horrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pet Belong hypes their page up showing all happy reviews. This is not the case. My order was placed 18 days ago and my card has been charged. I’ve contacted them multiple times with them finally giving me a tracking order. The tracking number is not even a real tracking number!

Incredibly thin material. For the price, was expecting 600D. This is thinner and feel like cheap airsoft/ paintball rental gear. They have great marketing though, I fell for the social media hype. Items are drop shipped from China. Do yourself a favor and buy a harness half the price.
