Don't buy!! Poor quality, not all clips are metal, heavy, straps are thin and do not stay in place causing the harness too loosen. Thankfully we tested it at home! Requested a refund and they charge $19.95 handling fee. This harness is junk. Do your research and buy one made in USA and is of good quality. I made the mistake of ordering and I hope this review helps other not make the same mistake.

I placed an order and it was shipped. I have not received it and the USPS states that address that was apparently on the package was incorrect or insufficient despite me double checking it multiple times. I have yet to receive my order and Pet Be,ong has not contacted me at all. Horrible business!!!!

Petbelong sent me someone else’s order and they fail to make things right. I spent over 100 dollars and had received the wrong order. Now they have no idea where my original order is at. I want a full refund but they said it’s not within there policy.

Website looked good and i needed a new vest for my service animal.... started off nicely email confirmation and all then i realize its coming from China they never said that or a lead time. Then it took almost a month to get an update. when i got the update it said it was delivered to USPS 5 days ago. i called local post office who said they deff didnt have it and it was never given to them. tracking shows its there from some YUN seen company never heard of them or from them. USPS denied they ever had it still dont have a product or my money back. STAY AWAY ITS A CHINA SCAM

My husband ordered a vest for.my service dog that never came. We keep emailing them and they emailed back we will check and see why it's taking so long and nothing, it have been 10 weeks now and emailed them We want my money back and now they won't even answer us, like they blocked us. ... this company is a fraud, DON'T buy anything from them!

Would have rated this company a “0” if that was an option. I did not receive my order so they said they shipped another one but it never arrived either. The automated email responses from “Mitch” were a joke. They refused to refund my money and there is zero evidence they actually shipped my order.

0 Stars..... This company is a fraud and their product is junk and if you used PayPal good luck trying to get a refund. I am currently going through a nightmare trying to get a refund and even mailed their junk back at an additional cost of 22.00 on top of the crap product and just received it back today RTS "Moved" from the address they told me to send it back to and I started a chargeback with my bank and will be following up with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
