I ordered a harness and a leash for my dog. I must say the shipping is not fast. I waited about two weeks plus to get my harness. After waiting a grueling two weeks for my harness to arrive I decided to take my dog for a walk. I walked about one or two blocks when I noticed the harness was falling off my pet. I noticed one of the metal clips had fallen off, which caused the harness to start slipping off my dog’s back. I immediately contacted the company after 30 minutes of receiving my order and received no response. I continue to email and finally received a response. I asked for the clip that had slipped off of my dog’s harness to be shipped to my home which they agreed to do. It has been a month and nothing has arrived. Customer service is nonexistent as 30 days have passed and I’ve only received a couple emails detailing the same message in every response. I have asked her a refund and to this day still nothing. The shipping takes forever, and Customer Service is nonexistent. I would consider looking elsewhere for a dog leash and harness.

DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS! Terrible products. Continuously failed. I purchased 3 harness and 3 leads, I only have one complete harness in use now as the other 2 have failed components. Pet belong would not send out new components, would not refund, would not take back failed products. DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS!!!

I ordered over 2 months ago tracking shows my order is in Alic Springs a town in the middle of desert Australia when I live in Sydney on the coast. Every enquiry I make they insist I be patient and wait and that they have asked the courier company to expedite my delivery. ABSOLUTE LIES wasting my time and patience. My message is DO NOT purchase anything from Part belong.

I wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. They believe that 60 days is a REASONABLE TIMEFRAME for delivery! Trying to TRACK is ineffective, as they (Petbelong) relinquish ALL RESPONSIBILITY after they deliver to their shipper. Good luck trying to speak to a human being about the situation. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

I ordered a harness from a company I thought was US based. Nope, China. So they said they shipped my $100 harness and sent me notice it was delivered to my door yet I never got anything. I sent them an email and no response. I dont recommend this company or anything from CHINA.

Currently waiting for my service dog vest while Ai seems responsive they can not give me shipping times or if it’s still in warehouse. I ordered July 1 I’ll give them 1 more week to ship then I’ll go to my card file a complaint that items aren’t shipping and to freeze payment I used American Express there good at seeking for there card holders.

This company while seemingly appeared to have great customer service at the beginning, 2 months later DID NOT!!!! ITS FAR TO EXPENSIVE!!! Comes from out of country and not at all great!! Expensive! You can get a harness better than this right here in the USA, and save money! Very stiff, sizing is not good!!! I suggest you shop else where. YOU WELCOME !!
