I see everyone is downing the petal…
I see everyone is downing the petal credit card but I am going to give my honest review. Petal gave me credit and helped me rebuild my credit. I’ve had them for a little over a year and must say I really liked this company, they have gave me an increase and I will tell anyone to try them for yourself. The only downside as of right now is I froze my credit card to prevent unauthorized uses and would unlock it when I was ready to use. But when I needed to use it I notice the app was tripping saying it could not unlock it, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again and the unfreeze button was completely gone. I reached out to the petal representative and the customer service agent said that it had happened to many of there customers. I asked if they could unlock it for me and I was told no and that I would have to wait until they notified me that the issue was fixed. It has been 3 weeks now that I can not use the app to unlock nor received any response. So up until now I give them a 4 star if this had not happened I would had gave this company a 5 star because I have never had issues and am just finding out that this company has lots of app issues. So if you have this card DO NOT LOCK IT!!!!!!!! If you do you may not be able to unlock it nor will petal unlock it for you.
