I really wish I would have discovered Persona much sooner. For years, I have taken a "big box brand" generic women's multivitamin. Though I was thoughtful about food nutrition and physical movement, I had no idea what gaps were hiding out in my overall health...my body was telling me signs of it though. I constantly felt fatigued even after 6-8 hrs. of sleep most nights and eating well. When I took the Persona quiz, I was intrigued by the results. Some of it did not surprise me, but I was happy to try the recommendations. After one month of taking these vitamins and supplements, I can't say enough good things about how well I feel. My energy, mood, and health have increased in such a positive, gentle way. I really like how Persona does not market "trendy" or "quick fix" products. They educate consumers on overall physical and emotional wellness. I also appreciate how the products are customized to each person's needs - vegan, etc. I hope Persona might adjust their product packaging so the little plastic bags or daily "packs" are biodegradable or compostable.

One of the pill from my morning routine has hardened and i wrote an email to them about this but recieved no response. And after taking my morning tablets i burp a lot and it really feels weird in my mouth. The quality seems to be degrading over the period.

I am not even 30 days in yet, so I don't feel I can give a true evaluation. But so far I am very pleased.

The morning ones were great but when I took the night ones it kept me up.

First off, I love the website; super user friendly. Also love the referral incentive with lots of easy to obtain discounts. As for the vitamins themselves, I've noticed a pretty big difference (took about a week and a half to feel). I haven't had to take my acid reducers for my GERD (which has been a daily thing for about 7 years straight), I have been able to fall asleep at ease (been a problem my whole life d/t anxiety), and also stay asleep. I Love the recommendations and the ability to mix things up on a month to month basis to see what works best for me. Ive been raving about it to all my friends.
