Noticed improvements, but caused severe constipation
Excellent idea! There was a very noticeable improvement in my overall well-being, energy throughout the day, and sleep as well! However, there was not a question about constipation in the digestive issues question, and some of the vitamins made this issue much, much worse for me. I had to add fiber pills from another source to my routine to cope with the discomfort. I also would have liked if the plastic was biodegradable, and had some guilt around the amount of plastic waste. Would have been a 5 star review if they addressed these issues.

We also will be switching to a biodegradable pack this year - it's currently in testing. Lastly, if you compare pill bottles to our packs, the traditional pill bottles use more plastic than our thin tiny packs. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
