I've been struggling with finding the right combination of supplements for years. Having Hashimotos has made it even more difficult. I recently turned 30 and knew I needed to make some changes. Persona has really made a big difference in how I feel on a day to day basis. After making some diet changes, gluten free and paleo, and adding their personalized supplement plan to my life, I feel the best I've felt in 10 years! I have more energy, brain fog is almost non existent, my mood has improved and I just feel like my life has improved thanks to Persona!
