Worst vitamin company ever !
If I could give this company 0 stars I would ! This is one of the WORST companies I have used for vitamins. My original order was placed on August 29th and I never received it or even an email confirmation that it shipped. I reached out in the lived chat to two employees telling me it wa a being processed. Finally the third employee and few days ago told me there was an error on my order and that it was never processed. So she kindly refunded and reprocessed my order or so she said. Today I reached out to another employee for them to tell me it was refunded and never reprocessed even though I have the transcript of the conversation about my refund and order. This fourth employee said she reprocessed it but we will see if I receive an order or not....I just want my order that I have been waiting for and the refund I deserve from the horrible service and false advertisement in shipping and orders !
