I was referred to this company by Clark Bartram. I have had 2 shipments, both exemplary in personalized packaging and quality of product. I wanted to review my choices as the discount period was set to expire, seeing if I could adjust anything. I opened an online chat option and was linked JoAnne U from Customer support. JoAnne was knowledgeable, patient and even through chat, seemed to care about my well being. We together reviewed my options and built a plan that remained within my budget. Thank you Persona for your wonderful product and customer service.

Disappointed
Love that they are in pre-dosed packages, but they made me sick. Had to stop taking them two weeks in.

Excellent Customer Service; Amazing Company!!
I am writing a review, which I normally wouldn't. I had to take a moment and let you know how much this company has went over and beyond my expectations. I am a very health conscious individual, and I love my vitamins. I contacted Persona concerning an order that I didn't receive, it was because I moved and failed to update my address on time. They immediately offered to send a replacement to the new address. Waiting on the replacement, which wasn't received either, I contacted them again to inform them that I still haven't received the replacement box. Meanwhile, waiting a few more days after they stated that the package was delivered because of delays. I reached out the again, explained that I still haven't received the replacement. They offered another replacement to be sent. By all means, I didn't expect this company to do that. I thought I was out of $60. Words can't even explain how grateful I am. I really appreciate you Persona for being so understanding and going over and beyond to satisfy your customers. Its hard to find a company that truly put their customers first. I would recommend Persona again and again. Outstanding customer support!! Amazing company!!!

For the most part I have been happy
For the most part I have been happy. The sleep pack is not really working though-I can get to sleep, but not stay asleep. Feeling good overall though. I like the probiotics.

Great concept
The personal quiz is complete and identifies your needs. The package of one for morning one for evening is convenient to have it all in one. Quite expensive though.
