I really like the service
I really like the service. I have talked to the specialist twice to get 2 supplements that I wanted. I take prescription medications so I wanted something to help me sleep, for this I’m on magnesium, and I wanted a woman’s multivitamin. These are schedule for the evening pills so I don’t have any issue with my morning prescription’s. That’s the only thing I have found annoying. Having to discus getting 2 supplement. Other then that the deliveries are on time. It’s easy to adjust the delivery date. The website is very easy to navigate. I would recommend this product/company.

Out of stock vitamins
I’ve received one month of vitamins which went great. Needed to change a few vitamins and was told they were out of one of the main ones I wanted.

These vitamins were better than…
These vitamins were better than expected. I would buy it again or even get a monthly if I could afford it. The question they asked were helpful in guiding me to a healthy digestion and gut health.

Delivery later than date I ran out
Ran out of vitamins and now they won't be here for 7-10 business days. They need to be sent out earlier before people run out so they don't miss a week or more of their vitamins. I will be cancelling my subscription unless this gets worked out.

Polite kind and excellent customer service… They looked at my specific needs and wants on the computer and my vitamins were adjusted accordingly. I’m a little disappointed that I’m paying so much money for a multi-vit however. I delayed my order by a month or more just to use up all the vitamins I have in my house …so I can start fresh and a new I think we need to look at my vegan needs a little stronger…
