I have to say that I was worried about the delivery time because the meals are coming from TX and I live in Arizona where it is already in the 90's everyday. My box arrived per the FEDEX tracker and everything was still frozen and dry ice was still solid. So far the food has been good. I have had no complications. It is pretty easy to follow the directions that come packed in the shipment or the PTF website has good information. I did this program in 2017 and maintained good weight until the Pandemic...when I started stress eating. I am back for a reason...it worked for me once and I am sure the program will work wonders again for me.

Food tastes great portions are just right. Just put in the microwave and eat very easy. Been using PTF for about 2 years. I recently learned I may have diabetes and now weight loss is no longer just for looks its a necessity to prevent diabetes. I have tried many other diets and this one is the best. I feel good !

Amazing food

Shipment was prompt and everything was fully frozen. Liked the option to print a shipping label and fill the box with donations for the needy.

The food is delicious! It tastes like real food instead of artificial diet food some brands provide. Menu is easy to adjust, deliveries are prompt. No complaints!

Easy to use (just pop a protein and a veggie bag in the microwave), I can take to work as well as at home. I'm not hungry using this program and I like the foods.

Good food however the labeling on the package is terrible. I don’t know what I’m eating or what the cook times are.
